Flipping heck! I used my family mobile to speak to my DM at 8pm and it just signalled "critically low". My DM can natter a bit though.

The Camembert is being baked slowly in the over (top cut off and olive oil drizzled over with rosemary sprigs). Crusty loaf is just browning slightly.

But if anyone is vegetarian, I always have a good 'beans and rice' dinner sorted

I think I remember from previous series that the bigger guys felt the hunger far sooner. Their energy was sapped when they didn't get their usual calories. They became sluggish and could hardly move. I think that might have happened to Tony.
