Gruntled - I was going to say that I'm watching on IPlayer but actually I started watching 15 minutes late so it's sort of live I suppose.

Oh I really thought Karen was going to say it's all a fix there!!!!! Disappointed!

Loose Women mentioned how Jamelia should have gone through on the night but assumed that the judges had taken their previous performances into account. But all agreed that Jamelia's foxtrot was far superiopr to Andre's Jive.

Way to go Jamelia! As ITT is live they couldn't edit it out on the show, I wonder if they do on the iPlayer version.

So, Jamelia has confirmed the standing ovation that wasn't and pretty much confirmed that it was a 'fix' before she ever danced the dance off. I wonder what PA will say tomorrow, he won't like the backlash/controversy - more weeping in Dressing Rooms do you think? He'll have to be careful he doesn't flood the studio.

Ok I know I'm being dim and I know (obviously) they prerecorded on sat but can someone explain what Jamelia was saying. A timeline would be nice

Also did Jay just say he wanted to cut off that kid's hair legs and arms, put them in a bag and kick it?!!

Also, I have noticed how differently people on both programmes react to Jay than they do with PA. Jay was lovely on the show tonight, Tristan's comment about how everyone likes Jay was very telling.

Everyone else did lovely, funny messages for Zoe's birthday except PA who had to make a sleazy innuendo.

I thought Jamelia's air quotation marks around "standing ovation" were very telling and if she was on her own she'd say more, but I think Tristran has had a calming/diplomatic affect on her so she started saying nice things, but then later mentioned "controversy".

Well that was tricky viewing and a very tricky situation, and NPP was a sleeze too.

they handle that quite well. Although I reckon Tristan was holding back - to keep his job I mean.

I did like how Karen was trying to get Tristan to do a jive step, then demonstrated it herself. It was like an ever not so subtle dig to say "this us how we do a jive PA"

I reckon Karen/Tristan/Aliona were taking the piss out ofNPP in that final jive demo. They were giggling like naughty schoolchildren and could hardly stand up. And when Zoe says "and tomorrow we'll have Janette and Peter on" Karen suddenly does a random straight legged high kick off to one side which looks like no legit jive move I've ever seen but does seem strangely familiar from Saturday night....

Theydontknow on Saturday night when the dance-off was held, NPP didn't get a standing ovation. So the producer/floor manager did another take, this time ensuring the audience did give one.

Jamelia referred to it on tonight's ITT. She said something like "As soon as they did a retake of a standing ovation for Pete I knew I was out".

I don't think I can bring myself to watch ITT tomorrow. The safety of my tv will be in doubt so I will have to rely on you folks to update me on NPP's obsequious ingratiating insincere smug etc etc etc bollocks.

I missed ITT. Will it be on iplayer soon?

Yeah I noticed PA's birthday message to Zoe - Whereas everyone else said Happy Birthday, NPPs was basically all about him.

He's a massive narcissist. I don't think appearing on this show has done him any favours to be honest, because even the most die hard PA fan must see how utterly smarmy he is ALL. THE. TIME

I did notice the way he said that about Jamelia being against him in the DO. It did come across like he fully expected to win it.

If you're about to watch ITT on iplayer, don't get your hopes up when Karen stands up and threatens a Diva meltdown.

Well as of 9.26pm Jamelia's comment about re-recording the standing ovation is still online. Tristan's face is hilarious as is Zoe's 'right moving on'

And when Karen stands up and says she's going to be a diva, you can see Zoe is panicking!!

Just saw a post from the Strictly Facebook page on my feed...'10 things we've learned from Blackpool'. Almost all the comments below are along the lines of '#11: Strictly is fixed'. There's also some mention of the audience booing the judges' decision and that being edited out - anyone know anything about that?

Yup, still there. I suppose they've decided it would be too noticeable to take it out. I do think Tristan comes out of this season with a lot of credit, he's given her so much support. It was hilarious when she commented that she'd done 9 routines and he said "Yes, 18 times".
