I didn't get that. Why did Jimmi lock Sid in the cell? What was the "black girl" thing Sid solved about? What happened to Sid in his car at the end? Did he crash, or just fall asleep?

Watching now. Have the writers forgotten about Jimmi's issues with being locked in small spaces? He would never have locked Sid in there.

I hate Jimmi more every day. I am approaching Cherry and Ruth levels of hatred.

He has got progressively worse since they stopped him singing.

I hate Ruhma's voice. I'm just not warming to her at all actually. Heston could do so much better.

On the issue of Al, is anyone else annoyed by the way he acts when he's smoking? Like he's really exaggerating? It reminds me of when I used to act "big" when I smoked as a teenager-kind of "look at me, I'm smoking-aren't I clever"?

It's like someone who doesn't smoke putting on an act of smoking - kind of exaggerated puffs and gurning, then blowing out a stream of smoke in a very obvious way.

I like Al as an actor otherwise, but this really gets to me.

Yes, the definitely ruined the humour of chasing around after a truck by the actual route of the story. Poor rhuma, Heston didn't seem overly sympathetic!

I'm sure he was sympathetic, but with all that sexual tension between them I'm sure he was very careful about not crossing a line.
