I'm secretly hoping she gets together with Jimmi and bumps him off too.

Raahh · 12/11/2015 20:57

Anne- that would be in brrrrrrrrillliant. In the words of Mrs T.

She must be paid for being a police doctor as well as a gp. She has to be getting a fair bit. Shame she can't afford some new blouses. And better hair.

You would think she could afford some acting lessons too, Raahh.

Raahh · 12/11/2015 21:09

To get her to be any god would cost WAY too much, Anne

True. Lets hope she spends her money on a one way trip to Outer Mongolia.

Raahh · 12/11/2015 21:18

She will NEVER leave.

Just read on my FB that Elisabeth D-W has won an award in a Midlands soap thing. I wondered when she had her son- apparently early June. Little Freddie, he has Downs Syndrome. I bet he is gorgeous. Bertie and Freddie- awww. Grin.

How come Niamh was able to sign the form without referring to the patient's notes or consulting with 6tl?

Raahh · 12/11/2015 21:28

tsk, now absolutely if we let detail get in the way, we might never be ale to watch Grin Grin but I agree

The production values of today's opera were non existent very low. Poor Heston & Ruhma having to feign a day at the opera (there's almost a Queen album title there!-perhaps they'll have a night at the races soon)

toldmywrath · 13/11/2015 14:26

fwiw I would take my inheritance in these circumstances-what do other Doctors viewers think?

toldmywrath · 13/11/2015 19:06

Oh dear I appear to have killed the thread with my PYO moment of jubilation. Sad

cinnamongreyhound · 13/11/2015 20:55

It's ok it's still alive!!

I enjoyed ruhma and hestons banter and why just why does 6tl feel the need to convert Amelia?!?!? Still long sid Grin

AnneEyhtMeyer · 13/11/2015 21:10

You could never kill this thread, told, we're a hardy bunch.

Not seen today's yet. Will watch tomorrow.

RoseDog · 13/11/2015 21:15

Today's had a patient, the shock! I have got my 12 year old dd hooked, when she comes in from school the first thing she does is catch up on iplayer.

absolutelynotfabulous · 14/11/2015 11:24

Great to hear of the convert, rose.

Do these doctors ever do any work? With an actual patient?

toldmywrath · 14/11/2015 14:18

Sid did well with Friday's patient of the month- I bet you could walk a fortnight for a week and not find another case of that! Grin

absolutelynotfabulous · 14/11/2015 16:00

Was that the one where he diagnosed a very rare eye condition that every other expert had missed? And in the stairwell of the surgery, to boot?

I like the way Sid has gone from blabbering idiot to Superdoc in the space of a few months. Very Doctors!!

toldmywrath · 14/11/2015 19:30

Yup that's the one- can't remember what is was - Charles Bonnet syndrome perhaps?

blamethecat · 14/11/2015 22:17

Missed Fridays but if it was Charles bonnet, it is fairly common in those with sight loss particularly macular degeneration dons work hat so the specialists must have been rubbish.
