Thought about mentioning Halloween Hell in the title but it's a Sunday morning and some of us may be feeling delicate enough.

That was quite a nice dance out for them. Ainsley is so perky all the time!

I'm going to miss Ainsley.

He was loads better than JV and Carol. It's a shame.

Thursday your options are star in a BBC soap opera or drama, be a sporting success and um, um, oh yes a pop star or model or married to a famous pop star - any of those fit?

I think that, at the beginning, the less proficient dancers are picked off at random. I think the right couples tend to end up in the final few regardless.

To me, it doesn't really matter what order they go out in.

I also suspect that the celebrities sometimes ask to be voted off by the judges if they end up in the dance off.

Thursday, can you go out with somebody famous? It was enough for Nancy Dell'Olio to get in.

Yes thanks for that cavemum Looking at their dance again I also thought he was terrible when he lifted her , either she couldn't get into them or she was too heavy for him , they were really struggling with the lifts!!!

Maybe they didn't have enough time to practice them properly and would have been better not doing them at all The judges didn't mention it which was odd.

This is the first week I felt that the sleb wanted to stay in and I like Ainsley he's sweet, so is Nat. I felt . Both JV and Carol were much worse dancers than the dance off ones. Katie and Ant weren't much better either.

Oh I LIKED Tess's dress tonight !!!!!! And yesterdays', maybe she's been told

Where do you read spoilers Redcrayon? I'm glad it was Ainsley as I think Jamelia has a lot more to give & will get noticeably better.

Agree re Anton - hope he drops the silly stuff & shows his celeb in the best possible light (although don't think he has it in him to do that - why has he not been sacked by now??)

I must say I do get the PA hate now [grin ]He's sort of a vacuum, who thinks he's somebody special !

I heard on Chris Evans that Brian Adams? is in his 60s and is veggie which is why he looks soo good!

Don't worry Thursday. Being talentless doesn't stop most pop singers.

Oh and I loved the pro dance, it made a nice change to have a fun retro look and music "The Sun has got his hat on La la lala la etc…"

Just watched the results im gutted i really liked Ainslie and i love Natalie whoever she dances with, jamelia really should not have been in the final 2.

im not keen on claud either i dont get the admiration for her
