I nearly missed this, because I thought it was still only on on Sunday. Blush

And I am REALLY disappointed- because Grimmy isn't in OldhamSad. He's in the Cotswolds. Probably a wise move.

Also, in a twistGrin, tonight's is recorded- but the result as to who goes through (finally) to the live shows is live. I think. I might have got that wrong. No idea what anyone is singing. There will probably be Whitney or J-Hud, with a smattering of Bey-Bey.

And 4th Power have changed their name to 4th Impact. Thrilled by that.

I need nibbles.

See y'all later.

Yeah, look in your heart and you'll find it. Or down the back of the sofa. One of the two.

Raahh · 24/10/2015 22:17

Don't worry, Nick. It's not really you're choiceGrin

I know I'm a couple of pages behind but didn't someone do Boney M a couple of year ago! Diva Fever? Viva la Diva? One of Louis' shit bands.

theredlion · 24/10/2015 22:19

7:30 tomorrow night then. Or thereabouts.
Thanks all.

nancy75 · 24/10/2015 22:19

Right - I'm off to tidy the kitchen!

See you all tomorrow Grin

MamOfTwo · 24/10/2015 22:19

Feel kind of relieved it's over, but will still see you all tomorrow Grin

Raahh · 24/10/2015 22:19

I'm not used to worrying about filling up a thread mid-show. That is how pants this year has been.

Hobbes, probably. They have covered all the greats

SheHasAWildHeart · 25/10/2015 10:00

Caroline and Olly need to stop talking over each other and had judges. The show should have one presenter only. Seeing them both has made me appreciate Ant and Dec!!

The80sweregreat · 25/10/2015 10:29

That roll neck. poor Olly did not look comfortable, its not snowing outside and he must have boiled! Why do they sing such dated songs too?
wild heart, I do agree about Ant and Dec, I know Dec sometimes fluffs his lines on I'm a celebrity, but they do know how to present, they know who has what lines to say and when to stay quiet. Being mates forever must help, Flack and Murs need to work on this. I know it cant be easy when its live and having Simon Cowell breathing down your neck, but it was awkward to watch.

curriegirl · 25/10/2015 13:10

Where is dermot when you need him. Last night was a complete car crash. Dreadful presenting, begging and people talking over each other. Hope Simon realises and sorts things for tonight. I am probably not going to watch. 2.5 hours last night was painful. No need for that long nor the amount of advert breaks.

Peoples comments on Facebook say pretty much the same. It was a shambles.

SheHasAWildHeart · 25/10/2015 13:26

There was too much going on. Too much changing between VTs, judges houses, live studio, begging, talking to judges and contestants and as breaks.
Wonder what Grimmy was saying to Simon at the end. Was he asking how he could unsign his contract and escape?

Roussette · 25/10/2015 13:34

Totally agree SheHas. Nothing flowed. I got confused. Too much squealing, begging, crying and fake emotion from the judges. Even they seemed a bit bemused by it all !

At least at the judges houses before, they were let down gently 1 to 1 on a sofa in the gentle breeze. This was carnage and mean too.

squoosh · 25/10/2015 13:35

It felt like a show that had had its budget slashed. X Factor used to be much glossier.

LittleMamaJama · 25/10/2015 13:41

Mark Ronson's accent is not pretend.- (he was brought up in New York from the age of eight). Give the guy a break!

WhataRacquet · 25/10/2015 13:43

I think Simon is just completely taking the piss now. And what the hell was the ghost?

The80sweregreat · 25/10/2015 13:49

What, the ghost looked like a demented Louis Walsh!

thunderbird69 · 25/10/2015 14:15

It was such a messy programme - no one seemed to be able to hear anything or know what was coming next. You realise how good other presenters are when you see ones like these 2 struggling.
What was the point of asking the other judges who they would pick when they didn't give an answer and then 'you've got 10 seconds to decide - although first tell us what you are thinking now'!!! They've had all week to decide, they haven't been suddenly put on the spot.
I wonder if they will be any better tonight.

kitsnicket · 25/10/2015 15:36

Always think Caroline and Olly look like amateur Youtubers who've filmed themselves watching The X Factor and interspersed the footage themselves.

theredlion · 25/10/2015 17:20

curriegirl ^where is Dermot when you need him^ is a frequent refrain of mine, with or without the X-Factor Wink

LineyReborn · 25/10/2015 19:11

I've just watched last night's on catch up.

I can barely believe what I'm watching. And it drags me back every time ....
