I can't stand much more of Tess. The gurning and squirming dumb blonde act is driving me nuts.

Nice bruises on Helen's knees.

There is a tiny piece in the Sun today saying Helen has been 'branded this year's Strictly bitch'

So Peter Andre is on right near the end again. Really unfair.

Liked the choreography and music, the dance was stompy though.

Apparently emotions she only speaks to her dance partner, and is a real prima donna, but sweet when the camera is on.

The music tonight had been terrible.

Ironically, he isn't very orange.
