Just catching up after another long day. I was going to say another awful Monday then realised it was Tuesday so it's been that bad. Lots of rain here today, there were rivers running down the road as I left work this evening and I had to leap across them umbrella in hand all Carol Kirkwood like - just needed Pasha to hold the brolly for me.
Sorry to hear about all the illness - I was struck down myself the week before last, beginning to wonder if this thread is catching or is it some sort of synchronised, empathetic illness akin to the menstrual cycles of nuns in convents if you get my drift (a weird but true phenomenon apparently)
Remake of The Dambusters - hadn't heard that. I always cry about the dog with the unfortunate non-PC name when that is re-run. Would be interesting but I wonder if they should do that. To quote Gareth Malone in The Naked Choir tonight - "Just because you can do something, doesn't mean you should do it- Jurassic Park". How old is he? Wish they would stop remaking classic films and just discover a few more original stories. There are some fantastic real life tales out there.
RA as Guy of Gisborne - yes most definitely even if he was a little bit panto villain as well. Mentioned before but North and south even better and a bit of Spooks chucked in even the Vicar of Dibley's tottie. When's he going to be on TV again?
Series 3 - well we know what and who we'd like to be in it, don't we. Caught a brief few minutes of Eastenders last night and noticed that LT's character is pregnant. Looks like she's in it for the long haul and Stacey looked pretty P*off too - that's how we feel thinking of how long it might be before she comes back to us and reunions in Bath stand any chance of being a reality.
OK, although I might sound as if I've been drinking, I most definitely have't although I have consumed and inordinate amount of caffeine today and little else due to being somewhat under pressure and time constraints. Time to go now, so have a good day all and see you tomorrow in a virtual sense.
