I'd love to see a full on family tree for EE, it would be a right scrabble of branches!

Ben needs to dump Abi and get with Steven Beale. They are distantly related but enough for it to be not a problem in EE. He needs to come back from New Zealand and shack up with Ben, buy The Albert or whatever it's called now and convert it into a Gay Bar, called the Prince Albert!

I dunno. Ben is pretty much his uncle so that'd be too incestuous even by EE standards.

I'm surprised Stephen didn't come back during the Lucy snoozefest as a suspect.

Ah but Steven isn't Ian's bio son, he's Wicksy's, son of Pat and miscellaneous bloke, so they are not really blood relatives.

I've missed loads of episodes. Is Gavin Sharon's biological father then?

symphony it hasn't been revealed on screen that he's Sharon's father but all signs are pointing that way.

Grant, Phil, Sharron, Ian, Kathy, Claudette and Vincent all back together, it'll be like the 90's again.

Also - is no one else really freaked out at the similarities between Kathy and Jane - it's like Ian has married his mother!

Bemused by the retconning of Vincent and Claudette and Gavin - are we meant to care how all these people know each other? Would have made more sense to bring in this generation of characters in the Archie era.

I think the best thing would have been to cast Blackwood as Calvin, Ian's friend from the 80's. That way he really would have been there and known people.
