The Kathy return is probably worse than Den coming back from the dead. At least it was vaguely original when he returned, and he was sort of an interesting character.

Let's hope Kathy takes a ceramic dog to the head soon.

I have such a crush on Tamwar. During the stupid Lucy reveal episodes the Eastenders twitter account was written from his perspective. It was awesome.

artful, you must read my mind as when I saw Romesh on the one show and briefly last night on your fired, I thought exactly the same - same hang dog expression, dry sense of humour etc. I do like him though and Tamwar too.
I so hope Bobby, or Ben, finish off Kathy once and for all. not only are we to believe she faked her own death in a car crash ( not easy to do I would imagine) but Gavin was also meant to be 'dead' too, so both are now back. how did they both get back to the Uk - all the way from SA on that silly little light aircraft they were in last month? how did they pay off most of SA to get fake certificates and have not one, but two, fake bodies to be buried? he must be a criminal mastermind of the highest order to sort all that out! I am thinking of not watching any more its all so stupid and Kathy is a horrible character anyway"

Romesh is Sri Lankan though, and the Masoods are from Pakistan.
None of the actors who play the Masood family are Pakistani so Romesh would fit in.

Gavin was also meant to be 'dead' too
Tbh I can understand Kathy wanting to come back and see her sons. But what is he back for? Should be grateful to get rid of her!

I don't think Eastenders have ever cared about casting people of the right race. Whenever they have a black or Asian family they usually look like a complete mix of nationalities. I remember the Italian family was just a bunch of actors who looked slightly tanned.

I totally thought this. DH just looked at me like Hmm when I said it.

For a scary moment I thought Les had an adult nappy on!

I'm guessing he heard Donna and was in the process of taking his female clothes off. It has to be cross dressing. But Donna is going to assume affair unless she can see the clothes nearby.

What kind of bloody foster 'carer' is Jade with? Doesn't exactly inspire hope in the system, surely he wouldn't be allowed to be a foster carer, the house looks like the one in the street you wouldn't want to live next to, he didn't seem engaging at all when he took Jade to meet Shirley, he lets Jade walk to school on her own with, what I assume is, crisps for her breakfast and he doesn't do her hair and won't treat her nits. Stacey needs to mind her own ducking business. I note she is about to but in. Oh and they've started back up with the Kush Stacey thing, the way he was looking at her and saying how great she was.

It's going to be his baby isn't it!

Yeah I thought the foster care thing was stupid. People I know who foster have constant inspections and have to adhere to very high standards.

Why let Donna in the house if Les is in the back room? That whole seen was stupid.

I really hope that EE isn't drifting away from the moving story of Shabnam and Kush losing their baby towards a scenario of both of them having back-up children. I know it's just a soap but ... surely EE has some responsibility to stay with the realism for more than a few weeks?

5678 Stacey had her 20wk scan the same day as me. I am due in feb. (although babies in eastenders are always early!)
