I'm really looking forward to Strictly tonight as well. Ditto for Jeremy Vine. I much prefer him to James OBrien on LBC. I read somewhere that Carol Kirwood hates her chunky legs... That's about all of us! The pairing up show can be a bit cringy when the professionals look so happy and dance over to their celebrities, when you know they are thinking dam I wish I didn't get the old fat one with no rhythm! But I will be watching. DH is out with his sister tonight, she's just arrived from Australia for FILs funeral. MIL staying in with me, which means she will talk all the way through it :(

DS on his way to Birmingham, for race day tomorrow. I've so much ironing and housework to do and I just can't be bothered!

Can't wait for Strictly either. I'm favouring the muscular young boxer Anthony Ogogo obvs, but am also liking the new dancer Gleb Savchenko, a rather comely Russian beefcake who's very easy on the eye

Just come back in from Ikea and Pizza Hut. Saw a lovely round spinning seat with a hood on for children's playroom but they were £45 each plus I would have to get 3 otherwise they'd fight over them if I only got 2 but couldnt justify spending over £100 so didnt bother in the end. Plus one twin decided to wee all in his car seat. Luckily I had a carrier bag for him to sit on for the journey home.

Yes ladies I'm very excited for Strictly. Wouldn't it be funny if Anyone du Beke was paired up with Georgia but I don't think that'll happen.

Ha ha Kelly yes he really should be 'Anyone' Du Beke as he'd settle for anyone who could dance as a partner. Bet he gets Carol Kirkwood or one of the mature ladies. I think they usually give him the ones who are a bit difficult as he is always so charming. To be fair, I don't think 'Anyone's' latin is quite so hot as the others. He is a brilliant ballroom dancer and speaking as someone who doesn't know one end of her fandango from the other, clearly I've no right to say anything on the subject but I don't think he looks terribly comfortable doing latin and seems to play it for laughs - usually because he's got no choice!

Yes woof I like the look of your Russian dancer. Clothed he definitely doesn't look too bulky.

Ooh yes we were drooling over admiring the new male dancer in work yesterday

I think a few people have said ice he's supposed to be an early favourite to win.

I really loved the series that Louis Smith won. I thought Kimberley Walsh was brilliant that year.
