(Apologies to any French speakers and for lack of cedilla- hazy 'A' level French and an English keyboard) Grin

Looking forward to Monfils/Federer

Raahh Grin

What did you say ?

MrsVamos · 01/06/2015 14:15

Crikey ! Go Sloane !

Raahh · 01/06/2015 14:16

Grouchy- probably. They are a very vocal bunch. Grin And rude.

Raahh · 01/06/2015 14:17

MrsV- it was probably a variant of 'feck' Grin

It's not like she hasn't heard me swear before. fishwife

Poor GrumpyGrouchy.

I think they did just boo Andy yes. The French public aren't renowned for being sporting. Grin

Come on Sloane !

Raahh · 01/06/2015 14:18

It's only the first set though- nothing to say Williams won't come back.

Andy appears to be muttering to himself.

GrouchyKiwi · 01/06/2015 14:19

Mmm, cake. Thank you, MrsV.

Great stuff from Sloane!

MrsVamos · 01/06/2015 14:19

Yes ! Well done Sloane !

Serena's body language is odd John because she isn't used to getting beaten fair & square. Hmm

Raahh I'm the original fishwife too. DCs are used to it. Grin

MrsVamos · 01/06/2015 14:21

But apparently her body language going to the chair is odd, Raahh.

Why is she looking at the umpire ? Reminding them of the backhander ? Ffs.

Hmmph.

GrouchyKiwi · 01/06/2015 14:24

Haha Andy doesn't get any better at challenges.

Ah well, must go and unpack some more boxes. Hope Andy finishes this soon.

MrsVamos · 01/06/2015 14:24

Crowd really not liking Andy today.

Raahh · 01/06/2015 14:25

Good for Chardy that he is still keeping Andy running about.
Hopefully that will tire him nicely before his match against David. So many matches in a row has to have made him a bit weary now, surely> Wink

OP posts:
Raahh · 01/06/2015 14:27

Chardy keeps doing that- don't aim there, if you ain't going to get it in!!

OP posts:
MrsVamos · 01/06/2015 14:31

I reckon David will have him if Jeremy doesn't. David's like Rafa, RG seems to bring out the best in him.

MrsVamos · 01/06/2015 14:32

Errani got 1st set.

2 games all second set Serena V Sloane.

Ooh, is the princess whinging ?

Raahh · 01/06/2015 14:33

Do you think Serena is not really playing properly?

I want Sloane to win, if for no other reason than i can't stand Serena's outfit.

OP posts:
MrsVamos · 01/06/2015 14:33

I'd rather see Serena having a strop than this. Grin

MrsVamos · 01/06/2015 14:35

Oh no, Serena always gives her all.

She's a diva whose had it all her own way for far too long, including dubious calls at all the Slams.

Her reign is coming to an end & she doesn't like it. They all get beat one day.

Quite apt if the young up coming American beats her, surely ?

Raahh · 01/06/2015 14:36

Part of me wants this to go to a 5th set. Just because. Grin

it won't though.

OP posts:
Raahh · 01/06/2015 14:37

The crowd is quite subdued now.

OP posts:
MrsVamos · 01/06/2015 14:37

Looks like I was wrong about Andy going home today.

Wednesday will do instead.

MrsVamos · 01/06/2015 14:38

Yes. Crowd are fickle anyway.

Perhaps Gasket will be the Frenchman that goes through ?

Raahh · 01/06/2015 14:39

Jezza still has the crowd- and Murray isn't happy with them.

Raahh · 01/06/2015 14:40

Gasquet Grin

There's always Tsonga...

Probaby reminds him of Wimby V Rafa. Or Novak. Or anyone. Grin
