Emergency new thread as old one almost at the limit.

Settle in and start hoping that 6tl falls down a hole and takes AwfulNurse with her.

OP posts:
Raahh · 26/06/2015 16:13

I love Niamh, and Al. They are great.

tadpole39 · 26/06/2015 17:05

Am getting all confused, although I hate Zahra, I'm worried about terrible day, don't they know that's no way to treat a pregnant woman? She needs to go cos it's too obvious now!

cinnamongreyhound · 26/06/2015 17:56

So they're having the rehearsal the same day as the wedding? Her sister is a nightmare!!!

Yay! Go Daniel, surely she should be proud he's challenging it rather than annoyed that he's interrupting Michael?

Poor Sid, think Zara's niceness will be short lived.

cinnamongreyhound · 26/06/2015 17:57

So his study is dodgy! Zara should have checked this surely.

cinnamongreyhound · 26/06/2015 17:58

So Zara is still trying to suck up to him?!?

toldmywrath · 26/06/2015 20:09

They're getting value for money from the props department with that whistle. Wonder where it will turn up next? Tbfe & 6tl's boudoir perhaps?????

toldmywrath · 26/06/2015 20:12

The wedding rehearsal was occurring the day before cinnamon . The bride was reasonable but not her sister Zoë. Opposite ends of the alphabet and personality.Smile

Raahh · 26/06/2015 20:14

They were even rehearsing the rehearsal Grin.

toldmywrath · 27/06/2015 08:38

So they were, you're right Raahh ! I noticed Anne multi posting in true Raahh fashion today-it's lovely to see committed viewers & posters. Wink if you know what I mean.

MrsEmmaPeel · 27/06/2015 09:45

Oh my word, the sister of the bride, what an ignorant madam! I know what I would have done with that whistle.

I thought it was going to be a true Doctors-style storyline where, sister of the bride had secretly been sleeping with the groom to be, and she was jealous of her sister marrying said groom to be, who at the same time was having a gay fling with his best man. That's usually your Doctors-type storyline. Grin

Mrs. Tembe, I am sorry but the singing part was too twee for me.

Howard and 6tl, it ain't gonna end happily we all know he is leaving.

Ha! Daniel revealing what a charlatan Michael is, we all knew. Zara still making excuses for him. I wish they hadn't met too. Michael needs a shave the scruffy git.

About time Howard took action against Zara over Sid, if Julia had still been in charge she would have suspended her there and then pending a full disciplinary hearing with the BMA over gross misconduct. I remember when Heston suspended her over her fight with Karen in reception, but then he was a partner and she wasn't.

Looks like she is still in full blame somebody else for everything but me mode
looking at the trailer for the next episode.

Roll on the 20th July, and Zara being suspended, I hope! Due to EDW imminent departure on maternity leave.

cinnamongreyhound · 01/07/2015 13:53

So how many are watching the tennis? I found Phil spencer secret agent yesterday much to my delight Smile

cinnamongreyhound · 07/07/2015 10:01

Kind of glad this week that there's no doctors to miss as I won't be home wed-fri afternoons Sad

WhoKnowsWhereTheTimeGoes · 07/07/2015 11:07

Haven't watched a single minute of tennis yet, I listen on the radio in the car but am only vaguely interested. I'm home today. Are you ok Cinnamon?

Raahh · 07/07/2015 11:10

Well, I'm completely obsessed by the tennis (even though Rafa is out ) but then, I am obsessed by it all year, even when I can't actually 'watch' Blush

I miss Doctors though. Although, I have just been sitting here trying to remember what the main stories l have been lately. Grin

cinnamongreyhound · 07/07/2015 14:44

Oh yes I'm fine thanks whoknowswherethetimegoes, just loads going on at school and trying to drag minded with me is going to be stressful! 2x sports days and an open afternoon. Next week I have teddy bears picnic and move up day which includes a meeting for ds2 (2.30) and meet the new teacher for ds1 (3pm). Having to move collection place for one minded who goes home at 3 and trying to keep an 11month old happy while paying attention and having ds3 in my sling.

cinnamongreyhound · 07/07/2015 14:45

My iPad doesn't like mindee always autocorrects to minded I now notice!

WhoKnowsWhereTheTimeGoes · 07/07/2015 15:06

Ah, I see! Yes, that's a good reason for a sad face. I'm feeling a bit overwhelmed by school stuff too (DS is Year 6 and lots of leaving stuff happening and I'm on the PTA with summer Fair and school disco coming up) and I haven't got mindees or a baby in the mix.

Raahh · 07/07/2015 15:13

I have 2 sports days and a school fair on Friday. It is the only day this week that the weather looks okAngry . It is men's semi final day - bloody rubbish timing.

cinnamon we have a teddy bears picnic next week too- for dd2, to meet the afternoon nursery kids. It's annoying- because she is a morning one, so we have to go back...

Ds was meant to go to Alton Towers next Wednesday, but a lot have pulled out due to the recent incidents. All the school go on various 'events' for rewards day (!) , so no idea what he will be doing instead. No places left in any of the other trips- having the day off, not an optionGrin

cinnamongreyhound · 07/07/2015 17:23

Ours is the whole session Raahh but they're doing it morning and afternoon.

toldmywrath · 07/07/2015 18:08

Oh dear Raahh -I'm just back from my holiday (brilliant weather-Cornwall) & I have the rest of this week off. I've watched loads of mens tennis & even a bit of womens (Heather Watson-poor girl I thought she had it in the bag)
Hopefully the mens singles will go on for ages on Friday so you get to see both semis if not in full.
My DC are adults so I'm past all the school stuff &I feel quite lazy compared to all you other mums, cinnamon especially seems very busy (understatement)

WhoKnowsWhereTheTimeGoes · 07/07/2015 22:58

Was it you that was a school governor as well Cinnamon? Are you still doing that?

cinnamongreyhound · 08/07/2015 10:01

Yes I'm still a governor WhoKnowsWhereTheTimeGoes, to add to my two busy weeks I had governor training Monday and tonight and curriculum meeting next Friday am. And a hospital visit thurs am! Looking forward to summer hols with no rushing around Grin

Raahh · 08/07/2015 11:11

Oh bloody hell- I have to share this.

It makes me even less enthused about the school fair now- they have invited Simon Gregson and another Corrie actor whose name escapes me, the bloke who played his dad. They live locally, Simon went to ds's school many moons ago.

I haven't watched Corrie for years. I don't want to goGrin, Gregson is a bit of a tit, I used to see him in JL at lot, doing the whole 'do you know who I am' thing.

WhoKnowsWhereTheTimeGoes · 08/07/2015 11:21

Charlie Lawson?

toldmywrath · 08/07/2015 11:55

Catch yerself on there Raahh & get along . I haven't watched Corrie since 5 Jan this year, but I'm going to make an exception tonight. (I won't spoil it in case people don't know about it)
I like the Steve McDonald character but not his dad.
