Still catching up after my holiday, only a couple of episodes behind now.

I think part of Sonya's dislike is actually jealousy of Toadie and Steph's relationship. Weren't they getting fake married around the time Sonya and Toadie first met?

I think Toadie actually broke up with Sonya to fake marry Steph! (one of Neighbours more stupid story lines!)

Didn't he go off to work on the oil rigs again and it all just fizzled out? I remember thinking it was a bit of a strange break up.

Was it not max who went off and had a whole new family set up without really ending things properly on Ramsay street?

max killed one of pails twin sons - which Elle took badly and gaslighted max into thinking he was going mad, he gets himself admitted to hospital but then leaves and sets up a new family else where - i think thats the sequence

The new bit in the opening credits with Steph is weird.
So, what does everyone think has happened to Jimmy?

She looks superimposed on that opening credit scenes.

Laughed when they made it clear that they'd checked the well. Not making that mistake again.

Yes! That's what's weird about it, like they cut her into the opening credits as an afterthought. I guess she didn't really fit in anywhere?

Maybe it's a double bluff and he's in the well? got to make use of the set!

Didn't watch the opening credits earlier so just watched them to take a look at Steph. Seriously weird.

Not only cut in to a random scene but the walk seemed to be slowed down, so you had Sheila and Nate moving at normal pace and Steph in slow-motion.

I reckon he's gone off to make a bunker or something as a surprise and Steph finds him then when everyone finds them together they will assume Steph took him.

Then again, we say him see someone and say 'I'm not supposed to talk to you' and though that could be a red herring, he still said that to someone, so who was it??

Hm I just read this as I was watching on dailymotionn and Steph isn't in the Australian opening credits, so I flicked on the tv as knew it was starting and saw the opening titles on there. How odd, looks completely out of place!

They are the same but they have introduced the ones with Steph and Arron added on in the UK first :)

I do too... It makes it a bit more tricky to discuss things on here though - I've lost interest in a storyline by the time it's shown over here but I don't want to post lots of spoilers either! Maybe we should start an Aussie thread!

I really had to laugh yesterday! So - Stef is in a mental hospital after abducting a child. She is on day release, and she's about to ask for special dispensation to stay out overnight to go to... a sleepover at a school! Hahahahahaha!

Um guessing he was the person she met at the airport? Was there something like that or sharing a taxi or something? I don't know they are very good friends though considering they've only met once at the most.

Why do I find events like the fire in neighbours a right laugh? I suppose nothing's happened yet in terms of tragedy, but there was no tension really. It was predictable and everyone seems to be in fairly equal amounts of peril.
