Oh and I once caught toddlermouse sat on the roof of FILs JCB. He climbed up all by himself and was sat there laughing his head off at me. I'm sure I aged 20 years in that moment.

Argh, I had to do a presentation as part of my coursework on Tuesday and I submitted all my preparatory material, as the lecturer requested. This was all my written notes, pdf copies of the reports I looked at and screenshots of websites I used and a full bibliography. This is what the lecturer asked for.

Only now she's said this is not what she had in mind and will tell me after Easter what she wants. Which means I'm going to spend 2 weeks, scratching my head going well wtf did she actually want??? I followed her instructions to the letter.

Oh Mouse that's really irritating - I had a lecturer fail me on a piece of coursework because I had written an essay about the subject he had asked for.... and then he denied saying he'd asked for that topic. Fortunately he'd said it in front of the whole class so plenty of people could back me up, but what an arse!
just try to forget about it for now- there's nothing you can do (unless you're telepathic!)

I have had an amazing day so far. Sky man turned up at 9a.m. - fairly hot beardy fucker called Tony who is apparently at my disposal for 60 days after my installation. That'll do for me. I am sure I can invent a few problems for him to come round and sort.

Went out - got nails done - had lunch. All going well so far. Thought I would pop in to Carphone Warehouse. Have been out of contract for approaching 5 years now and have been using my trusty steam powered Nokia. Two and a half hours later I emerged with new contract with different network and a bag containing new phone, accessory pack, memory card and with £105.04 paid into my bank account - special deal was £150 cashback which paid for all the extras and still left a balance for me! YES! Don't ask why it took two and a half hours... it just did.

Popped onto twitter to find I have been followed by a psychologist I have never heard of. Is someone trying to tell me something. Followed her back anyway. I like to live dangerously!

I am now no doubt going to spend the rest of the day working out how to use the Sky box and my new phone and may need the psychologist by tomorrow morning!

Ds2 (who does not like tomatoes) decided to lick the tomatoes I was chopping for the salsa to accompany DrIssy's chilli. Then he decided another was too good to chop so he squeezed it to pieces with his hands. I put all said tomatoes in. Does that make me a slattern as well as a wench?

Oh I love the idea of a power suited Apes, hair in a bun, peering over pince-nez, delivering her PowerPoint research. Highlighting each point with her laser pointer. Oooh!

Gladly, babyElk is not at the belaying stage yet, and since moving house we've acquired much less scary stairs, but a bannister that I'm probably going to have to stop her sliding down before too long. I was just caught out by the speed with which she got from the centre of the lounge to the foot of the stairs. She's already pulled a wooden bathroom caddy over herself when I went to get pjs, missed her eye by a whisker....in fact, that might be where the grey hair came from!

We're on our way to Cardiff tonight , have a fabulous watch at 9 o'clock.
