The risk assessment stuff is as you'd expect largely common sense but it's the starting a business, taking on employees stuff which is confusing esp as I only need an employee for about 6 weeks a year. I mean, obviously I would like the need to have several full time staff but, y'know, it won't be like that for ever ages. Hence wine.
