Quitelikely it was mentioned on the previous thread that its possible that Deano raped Abbi on the night that Lucy was murdered hence the ripped clothing.

I think Bobby did it and Jane knows and disposed of the body which is why she whisked him away just after the death and tried to tonight. She would stick up for Bobby over everyone because he is her adopted son.
