Evening all. Been a bit busy all day (massive batch cooking, child wrangling and fallen down honeysuckle repairing), but am now fed, much the way through a the remaining wine that didn’t end up in the casserole and the kids are in bed.

Mouse sympathies. The Spouse isn’t bipolar but has had bouts of clinical depression, probably a bit on the spectrum and is just completely blind to most housework stuff. He will do stuff if nagged (but why should I have to nag, or give detailed timetables). On the other hand he’s a dab hand at DIY and had saved us a small fortune in getting people out or replacing things. He’s currently sitting at the dining table cutting out reproduction ration books that he designed and printed for a role play game he’s running next weekend.

We’ll be trying the Casual Vacancy at 9pm so no rewatch but then I did rematch at 11.30 last night! Def. on for Poldark when it starts (read all the books as a teen and the original series is one of my earliest non-children’s tv televisual memories). Enjoy the re-watches me wenches!
