I think Phil's going to tell Ian he knows that max did it. That will be his revenge for the Arches but will also be protecting Ben who he really believes did it.

But it will turn out to be Sharon.

I think the three slashes on Lucy's forehead in the promotion pic theory that they may represent each person who thinks they killed her is correct. Tomorrow someone else who thinks they've killed her will be revealed I think.
