We find out who killed Lucy in the 9.30 flashback episode on Thursday.

Blondeshavemorefun · 17/02/2015 13:14

9.30pm??? Wonder why on later

Still waiting for grant to find out he had a son with Michelle - called mark. He must be about 20 now. Peggy needs to know another grandson :)

Plus Ian won't be happy to be related again to the Mitchell's. He hates phil as it is but as is his half brothers dad kinda has to get on with it

Blondes, there is an hour long episode on Thursday starting at 7.30, containing live elements. Then there is also a half hour flashback episode at 9.30, going back to the events Good Friday. Very excited. Grin

waithorse · 17/02/2015 13:26

I'd forgotten about the other Mark. They never bothered about bringing him in.

youarekiddingme · 17/02/2015 13:46

sinister your post sent me into fits of giggles and DS is looked at me like Hmm

JoanHickson · 17/02/2015 13:46

They may bring back Mark and his DS the child of Michelle & Den.

AGnu · 17/02/2015 13:50

DH just text me to let me know that there's a live-from-set EE special on the Steve Wright show on Radio 2 today! His show starts in 10 minutes. Not sure what time the EE bit will be though.

AGnu · 17/02/2015 13:53

Ooh, according to the website, it sounds like the whole show is on-set! Exciting!

RedCrayons · 17/02/2015 13:56

Grrrr, I knew I should have booked a week off work.

LoveVintage · 17/02/2015 14:07

I thought Shazza might have been a bit pissed on GN Show last night too. Her facial expressions were really weird, she came across a bit like an alkie trying to hide the fact that they were drunk.

I could barely understand a word that DD said.

Harverina · 17/02/2015 14:22

Soooooo excited for tonight!!! Blush

I fell asleep on the couch last night then woke up in a panic thinking I had missed the live episode! Havent watched graham norton yet will catch up with that tonight.

Need to try and get the kids in bed as early as possible tonight. Would it be cruel to get them in to bed at 5? Wink

I now have no clue who killed Lucy. Too many clues/spoilers/theories on here to consider. I do think that regardless, Jane, Jay, Ben, Max and Abby, know more than they have let on.

Roll on 7.30!!!!

youarekiddingme · 17/02/2015 14:22

GF episode on iplayer now! Just re watching ready for tonight!

SpanishFly · 17/02/2015 14:37

Why on earth did Jane speak with a London accent last night, given that she's Scottish? Hmm

ChuckNovice · 17/02/2015 14:39

She spoke like that the whole way through the special where her and Ian watched back their best bits. Are you sure it's not just her accent?

ChuckNovice · 17/02/2015 14:41

I've just wiki'd her and it specifically talks about her adopting a London accent when. Moving to London. She switched between the two apparently when it suits her.

ChuckNovice · 17/02/2015 14:41

*she switches

PeteCampbellsRecedingHairline · 17/02/2015 14:45

I had a dream that Lucy went into witness protection. BlushGrin

Max definitely knows more but I can't see him being the killer.

Apparently Tamwar is live tweeting this week.

AnneEyhtMeyer · 17/02/2015 15:09

I thought Sharon was just nervous and shy last night.

Danny Dyer is dreadful - full of himself. I couldn't believe the retirement home comment.

The80sweregreat · 17/02/2015 15:15

I remember todd carty ( later became mark fowler) and susan tully in grange hill (who played Michelle. ) yes, i am old. Can remember grant n phil coming in it to run the arches. Loved grant, (another essex boy) i wish him and his long lost son would come back! I am too involved i think.. Wonder if it will run as long as corrie. ?

Mrsjayy · 17/02/2015 15:17

Laurie Brett said on telly years ago might have been This Morning picked up the accent at drama school stuck with it because she got more work (and people understood her)with an English accent then went into her scottish accent and back again. Her accent was all over the place when she went back into EE after filming waterloo road,

jkdnanny · 17/02/2015 15:23

I haven't written on these threads yet, but have been reading.

I have seen the woman who plays jane on a a this morning type show years ago. She said she has adopted a London accent and always speaks with a London accent here. But when she is Scotland or even when she is in London but her Scottish family phone her from Scotland she automatically goes back into her Scottish accent. I have known a few people who are a bit chameleon in this way. She speaks with a Scottish accent on waterloo road.
I have no idea who killed lucy. I was leaning towards abi. But I think if they really want to shock everyone it will be Ian. I am leaning towards either abi or jane at the moment.
I watched graham Norton last night. I got the impressions Letitia was a bit peed off at all the attention adam got for being the only character to have remained in the show from the v beginning. I think she's missing the point that he has been in there without leaving. She has left and come back multiple times. She may have been in the shows first episode and she may have been in the show on and off over the last 30years but she hasn't been in it anywhere near the amount of time adam has in total. His whole career has been eastenders. I can completely understand why adam was peed with danny dyers comment about retirement home.

The80sweregreat · 17/02/2015 15:38

Hmm, D D did upset them with his comments. He seemed really pissed on j ross chat show about not getting the Game of Thrones gig, despite going up 3 times.. Has a big ego i think..

SpanishFly · 17/02/2015 15:56

I missed the retirement home comment - what did he actually say.

And thanks to you all re Jane's accent - I remember she was on something like Scott Mills years ago, and was very very Scottish. I hadnt even known she was Scottish before then. And as a PP said, her accent has been really bizarre since returning to EE

Casmama · 17/02/2015 16:02

Huge ego- not sure why Danny Dyer and Kellie Bright were on the stage- thought the actors who played Lucy and Peter would have made more sense.
