I read a review today of a novel about a woman who takes a trial drug that turns her into a sex crazed cougar. I wonder if unwittingly we've taken the same...

Had a lovely day with my friend. We used to work together. CJ came up in conversation in relation to one of my colleagues saying "Oh no!" when she saw the picture of him on my screensaver. (My friend never liked this particular colleague). We started reminiscing about our experiences (of a work nature naturally) with RAF officers and it then moved on to men in uniforms! She knows I was obsessed with OG but has no idea about this thread or the ff.

Had an email about an hour ago from Bailbrook House "to remind you of your upcoming stay"! Er - like I am going to forget!!

Off to read all the ff now - lots of new ones today - oh the anticipation!

I've just seen an advert on TV for Poldark, coming soon. The actor in it, I can't remember his name but he was in the program about the famous artists? Anyway looks good.

Lovely snowdrops ilove, we don't have hardly any down here yet! Spring hasn't quite sprung! Glad BH reminded you of your trip over there, just in case (like you were EVER going to forget!!!). Do you think people actually do forget that they have booked into nice posh hotels??

I saw it too (ad for Poldark) I did especially like the scene of the fit bloke jumping/standing up in the sea.....I did momentarily think that BA would have been good in this

Poldark man is Aiden Turner who was in the Hobbit. Not my type (yes, I can discriminate) but will definitely watch it. Is anyone watching the new India drama with Julie Waltetrs tonight? I'll see it on catch up.

Recording that & watching The Casual Vacancy

CJ will get to icemist before me and then he will be exhausted when he legs it over the border to Scotland to Onlygirl and - oh heck - I can't remember who else lives in Scotland! Apologies for that. Could "legs it over the border" be anothe euphemism do you think?

Just finished Whajeb's latest chapter. Really loving this! Read Don't You Remember Me as well - think that is very sensitively done. Will read the others in bed.

Sort of watching The Casual Vacancy at the moment but I found the book hard going and am losing interest in the TV adaptation very quickly.

The Bailbrook email suggested "You may wish to enhance your stay by reserving a table for dinner in our fine dining Cloisters restaurant". Oh what a good idea, never thought of that!! Wonder if we could reserve CJ/BA at the same time.

Not read the book, only really watching cause they used my school for crew catering & make-up for a few days & trying to spot places I recognise

ilove I'm not watching it at the moment - I'll watch it another time on catch up. An too prosecco-ed to concentrate on anything properly!

Yes Aiden Turner, I watched him in Desparate Romantics. I'm watching The Casual Vacancy and recording Indian Summers. Casual Vacancy gets panned by the critics but I'm enjoying it!

Poor CJ will be totally knackered by the time he gets to jen !

Yes Onlygirl, but he will be totally worn out. Will need to recover a bit in your swivel chair and maybe meet up with his old pal RL Chris as well!
