Couldn't see a new Eastenders thread, so I thought I'd start one. Apologies if this is a duplication.

Great to hear Christian could be coming back.

They said we would know at Christmas! I could have screamed at he TV when Emma was pissing around all day instead of taking the info to the bloody police! Smile

SacreBlue · 06/02/2015 20:09

Ditto annoyance at rugby. Let us know if you pick anything up SE

Anyone been contacted on Twitter for Graham Norton Special? They're asking for pics & theories for the show on the 16th.

I used to love watching crime dramas on a Sunday - this feels like the longest Sunday on Earth since who shot J.R.

cogitosum · 06/02/2015 20:48

It has REALLY annoyed me that the Dr is 020 8 and the arches is 020 7 when they are meant to be just down the road from each other

It may be arches number as they've said max having it features in live episode.

Harverina · 06/02/2015 21:00

Raging that it wasn't on tonight Angry

Having said that I had last nights episode to watch anyway ha!

Isn't the number too long to be a phone number?!

Glad Shabs and Kush have got together.

Someone up thread mentioned a pregnancy spoiler - I saw something about a test but wasn't sure what was going on - can someone link to the best spoilers please? Grin

Cakeismymaster · 06/02/2015 21:52

If you google digital spy eastenders spoilers you will find them Smile

It's easy to guess who but if anyone puts it here they will get shot I think

Harverina · 06/02/2015 21:53

Haha cake I won't tell don't worry Wink

Cakeismymaster · 06/02/2015 21:57

Just caught up - dvo?? Really?! I wonder what the link will be and who to?
I want to know what happens with the charges against phil for attempted murder, does it come out it was mick before or after he dies?

Cakeismymaster · 06/02/2015 21:58

*nick not mick, sorry fat fingers and iphone

misstiredbuthappy · 06/02/2015 22:30

Cindy or ian im thinking.

Ian has been in eastenders since the beginning so i think it would be a good connection.

Harverina · 06/02/2015 22:51

I hope it isn't Ian but as the weeks go on I see it more as a possibility.

What I don't understand is why the phone number Lauren has would indicate who murdered Lucy? Surely it could just have been Emma scribbling a number down? Am I missing something? Blush

RedCrayons · 06/02/2015 22:57

I thought Ian was with Rainie at the time though?

ems1910 · 06/02/2015 23:12

Harverina, I think put together with everything else on the page makes it clearer. Not just the number but combined with the other details, Lauren can piece it together.

RedCrayons, the thought is that she died and was then moved so he could have killed her (I think he did, by accident and doesn't know) and while he was off with Rainie, Jane and Denise moved her body.

youarekiddingme · 06/02/2015 23:17

Ian wasn't with Rainie alright tho? I thought we were shown information and given info on her movements up until 10pm ish - but she was found at 8am? Hence the missing hours and the flashback episodes fulling in the blanks.

youarekiddingme · 06/02/2015 23:18

I'm gonna add a new theory. Lucy saw ian and Rainie and told Denise who hit lucy in a rage?

Harverina · 07/02/2015 00:32

Youare I think the first part is plausible but I really don't see Denise as a genuine suspect - although i began to question that when someone mentioned her drinking being linked to guilt!

SoupDragon · 07/02/2015 06:50

I thought Denise's drinking was becauses of the stress of Patrick. Didn't dhe only start drinking when they moved to the b&B?

I'm not convinced with either Ian or peter because of their reactions when Lucy was found and also the difference in how they were before she was found and afterwards.

Tbh, I haven't a clue!

DieselSpillages · 07/02/2015 07:38

The actors haven't known who killed Lucy so their grief stricken reactions couldn't have been tinged with guilt even if it was them IYSWIM Confused

SoupDragon · 07/02/2015 07:57

Which makes no sense really.

Southeastdweller · 07/02/2015 08:27

It's been said before on here a few times, but it would be a hell of a shocking move to have Ian the killer since he's been in it since day one and is part of the furniture - the killer surely wouldn't be able to stay in the square?

youarekiddingme · 07/02/2015 08:46

I guess it could be a case that the killer is revealed but the police not informed (or at least not for a few months) to give the actor/actress time to be be told they are leaving or having a break? Or the police are informed but there's a clue in Emma's "it's still murder" and it turns out they don't go to prison because it wasn't murder iyswim?

The truth is - I'm confused Grin all these clues are adding my brain, not making this clearer. I would make a crap detective!

The problem I have with this is that you then need to discount an awful lot of "clues" and suspicions. You're right, the actors haven't known so its difficult to judge anything based on what they've said or done Confused

misstiredbuthappy · 07/02/2015 10:32

Did anyone notice that when Ian girst saw Peter he just said "its Lucy" and then Peter screamed "nooooo" and cried. How did he know that she had died straight away ?

Wich makes me think he knew something happened or was going to happen and it possibly went wrong.

Maybe Ian lashed out at lucy for whatever reason and he has no recollection of it, he disappeared not that long ago and didnt know his own name or anything so its possible his brain is capable of blocking out events.

His family/friends could be covering as thry dont want him to go down the same path as he has befere and have another breakdown.

Of course ill probably be completely wrong Hmm

Chipstick10 · 07/02/2015 10:54

It will be someone minor they don't want to loose a main character

misstiredbuthappy · 07/02/2015 10:58
