Oh no that sounds ominous. I still haven't got over Love Story, though looking back at Ryan O'Neal now I can't see the attraction at all.

Please tell me cjwoof that you talk like Sid James in RL; don't suppose I can hope you look like him?

Klipdoctor has illness in his own family, doesn't he? He has probably drawn on his own personal experiences do you think?

I tell you, there's a lump of stone where my heart should be, the latest klipdoctor is doing nothing for me.

Just read the latest klipdoctor. Despite the ominous sounding footnote, I don't think Molly will die or at least not for a good few years. The funeral he refers to, will be either years in the future when they are both old, or maybe a flashback to something else. At least that's what I hope!

I can see what you mean, pixie. I like the correspondence style of this story and am keen to see where he takes it, but the characters aren't really CJ and Molly for me. I'm prepared to be lynched but klipdoctor isn't my fave writer anyway. There's just something, that for me, doesn't always work about his writing. I really like parts of it, but sometimes phrases or expressions he uses don't quite ring true.I can honestly say, I much prefer the writers from here. For instance in rhubarb's ff there wasn't a single jarring note in the entire story and I utterly believed it.

Thank you for the comparison orphan, I certainly do resemble a female Sid James; same wrinkles and frizzy Brillo pad hair on these cold, wet mornings (although no combover thankfully), but more of a Hattie Jacques body unfortunately. Voice is exactly the same, so's the dirty chuckle. If ever you're walking the streets of Berkshire and spot such a person then you'll know its me hya-hya-hah!

cjwoof my granddad always reminded me of Sid James, looks wise, do I've got a soft spot for him. Is it too much to hope your husband could be mistaken in dim light for Kenneth Williams?!

I like Twochicks and JPCrafty's ff at the mo, but the best are our own MN-ers. I'm with pixie and orphan on Klipdoctors latest - just doesnt sit right.

Hi all, been lurking along as per usual.

Thought I'd stop by with a "BA thigh alert" see pic taken from the American Psycho musical he did last year.

Not sure about the baseball cap, but to me he knocks the socks off Matt Smith (left looking ill) and Jonathan Bailey (Broadchurch reporter, centre grey tshirt). And thankfully not a Pontipine tash in sight!

Now you know why I need the plastic surgery blow up CJ suit!!!

He's probably wearing the hat so he doesn't have to tame the hair!

Matt Smith looks like he's auditioning for a role in SPOs ff, yuk! Loving BAs half-revealed legs in a pair of proper manly shorts rather than Lycra, but prefer a headset to back to front cap. Room for improvement on the baggy tshirt front, but enjoying the slight sweat-cling action to show he's working thoroughly hard.

Don't shout at me, but I dipped back into the FB page (still finding it annoying, still on about series two, not as much fun as here! By a long stretch!!) but Klipdoctor is on there, the girls there love him! Not entirely impressed by new ff as i had read their comments, and seems like he is writing as they a suggesting. I am hoping that I am completely misinterpreting, and he already has a plan ....? I was quite intrigued at the start but could probably predict the rest now!

I did wonder Nickel if he was getting suggestions...

Just spent a ridiculously long time trying to put a car seat back together after washing the cover ... How can car seats be so complicated!

I suppose klipdoctor is FB's equivalent of 'our' spo. (I feel very proprietorial over spo!)
