Like Badders I liked the Standing On The Door Whilst A Baddie Is Under It And Shooting Through It manoeuvre of Athos.

I'll have to re-watch on Sunday though for a full break down of good bits - won't be watching with DS1 ('Muuum, why is she sitting on top of him....?)

Really?! Better than last week? I don't think so! The only exciting bit was Connie almost having her head chopped off. Must say I'm starting to like her this series, previously she was so annoying.

My summary:

Bloody loved it! Lots of fighting, creepy evil Rochefort, very very phwoar Aramis, excellent Kingy, slo-mo fighting, everything was BRILLIANT!

Will have to rewatch - oh the agony - and make notes

1. Dog kicking in the door. Took a few goes admittedly - but hell yeah.

1. Porthos' eyes did a lot of rolling back with that dart in his leg. Couldn't help thinking those still would be good for captioning

1. Milady's knockers in that corset! I WANT A CORSET

Also, is Marguerite a baddy? Spanish Ambassador mentioned her didn't he?

See this is why I have to post while watching. I'm sitting here now and it's all gone. Other than 'phwoaarrrrrr' and knowing I loved it.

Must try to join in a rewatch, because I know for a factoid that there were many, many more moments than I posted, that made me want to.

Really good episod although a bit lacking in Athos as usual

It is soooooo much darker this series! I think we're going to get weeks and weeks of dark angsty torture where aramis fucks everything up, treville fucks everything up, Rochefort and milady go from strength to evil strength, and kingy is a dick, before they get their comeuppance and the boys triumph. (I hope...)
