The fire brigade was not bad, but unfortunately it was only a quickie, I mean they sorted out the issue in 1/2 minute and left. Pity.

What is the other series with bad boys in uniform you keep on mentioning?? I have started watching Damages but for some weird reason legal drama with strong female lead is not that appealing anymore! Wonder why...?

I can't wait for DS to go to bed so I can read Rhubarb's finale. I plan to savour it.

Don't worry onefor it can wait. Anticipation... And the long wait will be worth it I'm sure. A bit like my glass of wine I am about to have. I have tried my best to hold out as long as pos! I'm amazed I've lasted is long yippppeeeee.

Rhubarb I plan to write a review on the ff site, but I wanted to say how much I loved your story. It was brilliantly detailed, well written and paced so wonderfully. I really loved the 1940s incarnations of Molly and Charles. You have a brilliant talent for storytelling and I do hope that you continue to write in some way, and that you will share it with us when you do.
It's been an absolute pleasure to read, and I will enjoy reading it over and over again. Thank you.

richtea and orphan I fear the reality may not be as good as the fantasy. Waiting all day is never good. You need to look past the shirt, turn ups in his skinny jeans and hideous orange laces (yikes) and concentrate on the bulge. I think we can confirm he dresses on the right as we deduced last week when analysing CJ's nether regions. If we then conclude that it is pitiful, did CJ have something in his pants such as a cod piece to help him out. I did my best to enlarge it (ooh missus) but it is a little blurred. I hope you can see what I see. Maybe if you squint, it might help.

Rhubarb I can only reiterate what everyone has already said. Great piece of writing. Hope you have a good rest.

onefor worth the wait, thank you. Feeling a little flushed! Massive hands too! In this picture I can overlook the dodgy shirt, trainers and backpack. I love the way you zoomed in on the subject, that's committment to the cause that is ..... "Operation Bulge" .

Great so I wasn't imagining it? Thank god all thoughts of cod pieces can be banished. The bulge is real. Hands pretty impressive too. Love the way his long fingers are curled around that girls arm. Lucky cow!

Rhubarb I am so glad I went back to the beginning to read your work. It has been amazing. I feel I've been transported back to WW2. I hope you don't leave it there and like a few of us have said before, you really should send it to the BBC. As CJ said to Molly in episode 5 "I don't think you have a choice". It is better than lots of things I've seen on TV. What do you have to lose? You should be very, very proud of yourself. xx
