As far as I remember, she got him some voluntary work as a chef at the church cafe. She thought the vicar knew he was a rapist but he'd actually told her he'd been in jail for armed robbery. Then Mrs T tried to set him up with one of the volunteers. It all came out that he was a rapist and everyone fell out with Mrs T for being an interfering busy body. Then he left letherbridge. About 3 months too late.

Angel, it was a storyline line that played out over a few weeks last year. Very odd, Mrs.T trying to reform/befriend a convicted rapist.

She was very patronising about parents not feeding their children fruit and veg and how 11 year olds don't know what a courgette is! I agree Aeysha over reacted about the the handy man. But she did have her posh voice on that comes along when she's being high and mighty.
