Have to be honest... I did not enjoy this episode as much as last week or the last series. Just my opinion of course but I was disappointed.

Going back to catch up with the thread now, looking forward to reading the 'live commentary'

I thought that madame, I really don't like the hair or clothes. She used to look fab. I loved the little look between her and Dog in the church though at the end. HOT

Connie was obviously trying to posh up her voice a bit.

It was funny though - there were some vair good lines

The best of which was, naturally "I'm looking at you now"

I like the old fighty music better but Rochefort is a great villain

Tbh, by far the most believable part of that episode was the bit about a soldier getting an absolute monarch up the duff.

I did love King when he punched that villain though...very good.

Oh the costumes. I remember some weird frock someone (was it the queen?) was wearing last season. Totally mad and not at all authentic.
Not what we watch it for tho is it? Historical accuracy.

The Spanish bits annoy me actually. Either they're building up to something big or just needed another baddy!
