WWof theN Yes and yes. I went out to visit , I'd never been in Prague before so it was brilliant. Prague is stunning - but full of tourists. Comtess - it is nice to have somewhere to chat - and you guys (wenches!) are so enthusiastic and it's just brilliant. This viewing figure this is upsetting. But as Adrian says on the podcast, lots of shows look like the audience has changed eg Dr Who whereas depending on audience, Iplayer figs etc equally important. So it's good that it seems to be in most watched on Iplayer both weeks. Especially as the overnights are such weird subjective measures.

Let's feckin hope so eh.

SParkles - well, I think the same as you re the foreign sales things - but then I ask myself how can they not care about the figures? All that effort, fantastic production values...and hardly anybody on home turf watching??? But again, maybe viewing habits have changed so much ( I know my kids barely watch anything live, it's all i-player, catch-up youtube etc) that we or, I am missing the bigger picture, re the electronic , cyber age, and viewing figures per-se don't really mean much these days?

Another one puzzled at times by the viewing figures & promotion thing - I'd have thought overseas tv companies would be more likely to buy a series if uk viewing figures were strong - it implies a level of quality & enjoyment & probably a greater buzz on social media globally.

I read somewhere that they may get up to 5.5 m with iPlayer. Is that good? God, it would help to know the ballpark here! It's very hard to be objective when you're so invested in it. I wonder why it hasn't grasped the UK's imagination like Downton, for eg. Have never watched, is it SO much better?

Kate we were all new on here at one point or another. Be warned though, this place is a bit lot addictive and we don't just talk about TM. Right Roquefort and the shiny black bed and the pretend Queen sex scene. According to a spoiler I read on DS it does not end well for the girl. Not sure if that's true, or if there is any violence shown or its just suggested. But if you had any concerns about watching it with younger audience then I'd screen it first.

Like I said it might be bollocks and not true. But.....
