Ellie's story, now in tears for 2nd time. What wonderful parents they are.

S club were a bit shit but had a moment where I was transported back a few years to jigging around in the kitchen with my little DD to reach for the stars, just had to go and give a very confused 15yr old DD a big hug.

I've just watched S Club on YouTube, WTF happened to Jo? She has something of the Dannielle Westbrook about her!! She used to have a fabulous voice, must be awful to lose a gift like that Sad. Bradley did really well though, he at least can hold a tune.

Yes Jo was awful, I think she has had problems though?

I watched 1D with my dd and felt like an old gimmer, kept saying things like 'you would think they could at least smile honestly they all look bloody miserable' Shock

Harry looks a bit of a mess I thought, he needs to sort his hair out - oh God its official I am middle aged

Terry Wogan seemed a bit doddery and distracted.

Most of the female presenters annoy me (probably because female presenters are still chosen based on looks rather than substance.) Rochelle in particular is v annoying.

S club are shit.

Eastenders were everywhere!

Shane Ritchie's sons band were catchy but he seems a bit up himself

1d Harry need a hairbrush

Stories were so sad - I hate watching them!
If all of the celebrities involved sold one of their houses or gave even 1/18th of their income to the cause they probably wouldn't need to ask the general public. Wealth divide is crazy!
What kind of society do we live in where 80% of a hospices money relies on donations?

Well I didn't watch all of it but what I saw was better than usual. I liked the way they gave something to the EE cast that they could cope with (they are old rockers after all aren't they? Grin.

I LOVED the SCD bit all the dancers looked great and danced amazingly. Tess looked lovely but WTF was she wearing in her "with Terry" bits? Even dh noticed she looked weird. Grin

I was all alone on the SCD thread and wondered where you lot were!!!

1D definitely looked fed up and jaded by it all. That purple dress did Tess no favours. Loved the Ian Beale sketch! Used to watch EE up until few years ago then gave up so Kathy, Pat,Cindy were from the era I remember. Kathy looked just the same and slotted straight back into her role.
Certain members of S Club7 have aged better than others but who am I to judge!
I used to love Boyzone but omg what was that beard Shane was sporting or should I say sproutingGrin

Same here Mirror about EE Grin IMO Shane was badly botoxed (or something!) It did nothing for him anyway!

The 'ageing better' has a lot to do with being able to afford botox IMO sad that the people in the public eye aren't allowed to grow old gracefully. Terry W has ALWAYS worn a toupee!!!!

The beard wearing boyzone member according to dd looked like a cross between Mr Twit and Mr Stink - I can't say I disagreed!

Oh and Jazz you are on the money about female presenters being chosen on looks rather than substance Angry the double standards and sexism on the bbc wind me right up.
