Thought it was a big ask - one day to come up with a new board game. Even though the Relationship Guru was an awful concept, the focus group used by that team (ie a group of male gamers) was rather bizarre. Amazed that nobody seemed to challenge Daniel for seemingly making up the answers to his very odd questions.

The Geoknow game wasn't a bad idea, although leaning towards sterotyping (maybe not as much as the other game). The board itself looked rather like the one from 'Articulate'.

I know Daniel is irritating, but I think Mark is actually highly manipulative and potentially more irritating. He seemed to be channelling Alan Sugar, selecting Pamela to be project manager (when he hadn't been one himself). In the boardroom he cunningly put forward the two people who he thought Pamela should take back with her, and she chose them both. He also seemed to criticise the concept for the boardgame, which was his idea.

Glad Lauren wasn't fired - she was a great tour guide last week. AS does seem to have a thing against lawyers.

I think Soloman will win - esp if his business idea is IT based and Siralun already knows their ideas.

Fascicle - I thought the focus group was an odd choice. Their interests are a bit too niche for the team to cater for unless they're secret Magic the Gathering players. I said they should have done their research on Kickstarter or made Apprentice the Board Game (I would totally play that.)

Daniel should definitely have been sacked for those questions - is that how he does his pub quizzes? "In my opinion who should have won Eurovision in 1976? A. Cliff Richard, B. Abba, C. A tin of Spam"

Based on what people have said here, I reckon there were two focus groups laid on by Suralan, that the rules that we weren't privy to said one group had to go for children and one for adults, and that they just drew the long straw getting the hardened gamers and not the children.
