Yep, watched one episode and we both liked it. I've checked on Wikipedia that there's definitely going to be a second series as I've been caught out before watching great series that disappear.

I watched episode 1 on demand last night with DH. A bit strange, but presuming it will improve once it settles in to the story a bit more!

Yes I will be watching looks realy good. It's from the makers of Lost though so I hope the endings not as rubish.

Yes, it's from the director of Lost but he didn't write it.

The entire 10 episodes is the whole content of a book written by Mark something.

The 2nd series will be all new, unwritten content.

I'm watching it now. The baby part freaked me out. The people not talking in white is bizarre. Can't work out what's going on

It's a bit Flash Forward. I'm still grieving for that series; I'm reluctant to give my heart to another.

Watched the first episode last night. I'm totally baffled but I'll stick with it.
I stuck with Lost until the bitter end, I hope this has better answers to all the strange happenings.

etc etc all the way through.

I have questions:

Why don't they talk?
Why do they smoke so much?
Why would Liv Tyler want to join them and why did they target her?
What is so special about Wayne?
Why won't Tom talk to his Dad and why does he have scars on his back?

And obviously....where the frick have they all gone?

I've now had a look on Wiki and got a few answers. It seems that the series will focus on how the event affects thier lives and how they deal with thier losses rather than answering the big question of where everyone went to.

In addition to lambs questions, I wanted to know why the chiefs wife is with the "white" people when they haven't lost anyone in thier family (presuming 2 adults and 2 children as per family photos on the wall). I now know the answer.
