Froch was doing that crappy dance show on ITV last year with his wife and pulled out halfway through to train for a fight!!

Just watched this on iPlayer. Thought it was pretty tedious.

It's less relatable than Strictly, somehow. Just about everyone has the experience of dancing, even if it's just shimmying round the kitchen while potatoes boil, so seeing people work to learn a dance sort of makes sense to viewers. But for me at least, seeing a person who's already much fitter than I am twirling around on an aerial hoop doesn't really have the same impact, cos I've got no reference point for how hard it is. Even though it's physically more impressive than prancing around on the floor. Meh.

Watching it on iplayer - cr&p ! How can it be an hour and a half of prime time tv !
