Ross did a 'Strangers on a train' type deal with Andy... Ross kills Robert, Andy kills Pete. I think it was clear that Andy did not want to go along with it. He went and checked himself in at the hospital so he had an alibi for the time Ross shot Robert.

Thanks for this. I had read online that Ross was the one who did the shooting but couldn't see anywhere who he had done it for.

I wish they would stop making Ross the bad guy. You saw his better side during the Donna storyline. Let's face it he has every reason to hate Pete. He "killed" and buried him ffs!

The storyline of Andy and Ross agreeing such a pact is ridiculous. I think they don't know what to do with Ross. I agree that he was at his best, as in tough but vulnerable, with Donna. Him being 'in love' with Debbie a wet week later just doesn't ring true at all. Now he is just a nasty character, with no really redeeming qualities although handsome, no doubt. Grin

I am disappointed in Paddy. There wasn't even a spark between him and the lassie from Brookside. She must be the one phoning him - and 4 weeks after the event, is she pregnant?

Yes, that made no sense. Also he told her loads of stuff, is there any possibility that she could be blackmailing him, I wonder? I missed some episodes last week, so maybe not.

.Why are they rehashing the Ross/ Pete storyline? Ross had turned into s pyscho too much murder and violence at the moment. Robert shot and now trying to kill Pete. Really ?

Anybody else noticed that each Sharma child has had an addiction? Nikhil with his OCD (particularly running) Priya with anorexia (controlling, compulsive behaviour) and now Jai and his cocaine.

I wish Emmerdale would be more like the other soaps, where child actors go through a head metamorphosis every so often, and exchange Gabby for someone who doesn't sound like she's reading an autocue in a monotone.
But it does seem to be the only soap that has normal child care!

I took it as sleepwalking, presumably her unconscious dealing with all the Aaron trauma or some such other gubbins. I know plenty of people sleepwalk/get out of houses/ take food from fridge but sabotage your own pub?

I saw a few minutes in the catch-up. I noticed the reference to childcare

"Ross is looking after Moses, hope he's up to his neck in nappies"

"Marlon's taken Leo out," photos on Rhonas phone

"Belle's looking after Kyle, putting a shepherds pie in the oven"

while the parents are in the pub Grin

Gabby is whingeing on about ponies. She went horse-riding at Katies' stable. What happened to the horses are they all feral now?

Other than Aaron putting the gun in the car, they can't have any other evidence that he shot Robert, cos he didn't. They can't have much of a case against him?

Did anyone else think Aaron has got quite big? I couldn't work out if he's put on weight or muscle - I just didn't remember him being quite so broad!!
