humph- so I finally get to sit down and it's a replay.

Its on now.... I kind of really like Marion - she's quite endearing - she knows exactly what she is talking about but always looks to her peer to see if she is saying it all okay - sweet :)

Shrieky appears to be wearing a top that is too small.

She seems quieter than nomal- I'm sure she can switch the noise on and off at will, it's not like she really exerts herself.

What's up with Djok anyhow? I have heard mumblings along the lines of 'we'll have to see how Djok is...' Why?

Well, he's had his wrist injury, which I thought was better. Don't know if there are any other injuries.

Oh - how very uninteresting.... I want to see that match, are itv4 throwing it off for the British guy?

I think the ITV coverage is reliant on whatever they are getting from the French feed.

And tbh, its more that it's Tommy Robredo (who played some amazing matches last year) that Ward. I doubt the French coverage are that fussed about Ward!

Nishikori (who some of us have recently decided we aren't that keen on) is losing pretty badly against Klizan. Don't know if he's injured, or Klizan is playing exceptionally. Nishikori has been fairly solid up til now on clay this year.

Just in case any of you get Eurosport there is very good coverage on Eurosport 1 & 2 which I prefer as no john inverdale or jim courier. Instead you get mats wilander and frew Macmillan and also also annabelle croft. Also for me the picture is much clearer. ITV3/4 seems very grainy.

Just thought I'd mention. Also they show match on each channel so threebats has chance to see Djoko/boris. Sorry if you don't get it.

What happened to nishikori?!

I have to watch on Eurosport as I don't get ITV where I live. Eurosport coverage is generally OK but some of the commentators are poor, in particular Simon Reed, who shouldn't be allowed anywhere near a tennis match. Mats Wilander isn't great either, I find his style annoying and he leaves the viewer in no doubt about which player he wants to win. He is especially biased towards Federer, who he fawns over. I like my commentators as impartial as possible, even if Andy Murray is playing

On the other hand, Frew Macmillan is brilliant, just so good at his job. Excellent at explaining the technical stuff & full of interesting anecdotes.

I've hardly seen any tennis so far. I have to work Got a few days off next week so I'll be able to watch then.

I wish I had Eurosport- I totally agree re- impartial commentators . Some of the ITV commentary team managed to discuss Murray endlessly last year, when he wasn't even bloody there!.

I do like Frew, but I don't mind Jim Courier.

As for Nishikori- I don't know if he is still suffering from what ever it was caused him to lose to Nadal the other week- don't think he's played since?

I'm willing Simon to get on with it- Rafa is on after. Surely ITV will show that (now that Robredo is beating Ward).

I hope he has an easy match- it's been easy for Fed and Djok- if he does his 'let's lose the first set for fun' trick, I'll be VERY cross.

Simon is sporting a rather lovely beard. James' beard is odd, as he doesn't have the attached moustache.

Afternoon all. I'm really really pleased Klizan won (or Klingon as I've been calling him). It's not just cos I dislike nishikori but more that I actively like Klingon. He's having a good year.

Doesn't look like Rafa's planning on losing this first set :)
