Did anyone watch? New series seems a bit different to the last.

I know it's a bit teenage but that stuff is one of my guilty pleasures

Just caught up with episode 3. I really don't think Rae should have outed Archie. If I'm remembering correctly he's not "out" to everyone? If so she was way out of line!

I completely agre! I couldn't believe that when I saw it.

Yep, I agree that she could have let him decide his own pace.

Loved Chlo standing up to Stacey.

Think she did it as that girl came in and said been seeing Archie for a few months and they had said they loves each other etc and Rae didn't want her to get more hurt later on

Think I would do the same if knew a friend was seeing a gay friend as she didn't know

I think the sh*t will hit the fan next week!

This is sooo beautifully acted, filmed and produced. It's great to see good quality T.V. made for young people.

Watching the online premier of Episode 4 on 4od.

Love Liam!! I adore this programme. It might help that I was a teen nr stamford at the same time this is set so I think the soundtrack and setting is frickin awesome!! I genuinely think its one of the best written programmes on tv

I really enjoy this too :) although it makes me cringe in places!

Liam has something about him doesn't he, although fin is gorgeous hes a bit 'pretty'.

The first series was better i thought...hope this one gets better!

I've just watched episode 5...for me it was a vast improvement compared to the rest of this series. But OMG the amount of in this episode!

Trying to be vague so as not to spoil it...you could see what happened at the party coming a mile off. And the last scene was so sad. Sad that she has that little self esteem.

Yes, it definitely picked up again. Agree about the last scene being sad.

I do think the actress plays the part well, and comes across as more personable than portrayed in the book.

Really like this series-excellent acting and likable characters. Did shed a tear or two during the scene where Archie comes out to his friends in the cafe.

Sobbed like a fool at ep 5. A lot.
This show is so well written

I watched an extra where they met the real rae earl and wow she seems so confident.
Id love to know what her friends are doing now

Just watched episode 6...not really a fan of flashbacks, it felt like I was rewatching series 1!

Some of the stuff about Chloe was good though, nice for Rae to open her mind a little. The ending again though was so frustrating.

It was quite a dark, bleak episode. Interesting about Chloe, gave her character greater depth, I thought.

Didn't think much of last nights - tho sure students wouldn't go round their therapists home

In ep 6 why was kester so angry?

I went to the same school, at the same time. It's a very strange experience to read her diary! I could have published mine. I wasn't fat but had all the same issues otherwise.

The tv series is brilliant. I was surprised at first at the change in decade (and the accents are wrong!) but loving the music anyway and the acting is marvellous.

Judy Did you know the real Rae? I live nearish and I'm always saying the accents are way out.
