Quick New Year Resolutions:

• Mrs T will wear her flirty wig more often.
• Heston will develop a deep and lasting love for a woman in a flirty wig whose name begins with W.
• Howard will pursue his fishing interest so we see him in fishing gear and getting wet at every opportunity.
• 6tl will resolve to burn her shit blouses and perish in the fire.

I liked Fridays episode.

Wouldn't you just say my partner died without leaving a will and it turns out he's your brother so could you sign the house over to me? More politely and a bit more round the houses but I'm not to sure how he would get the house by pretending to be her brother! Dh and I get each other's half of the house of one of us were to die and we don't have a will. Did it when we bought it isn't that usual thing to do?

I can't see that Jimmi's girlfriend is helping him at all but then I'm no expert on OCD. Don't dislike her so far though.

Do you think we'll ever see cafe woman again? Wondered if she might become a love interest or if she'll never be mentioned again seeing as we never knew Al had a local cafe he would be at home enough to go and help himself to the cooker.

Jimmi's love interest is dull-pretending-to-be-exciting, which is duller than just dull. But then Jimmi is dull personified.

MsNo sorry to hear your ds is not feeling good. Hope the virus (it's always a virus-funny how our Doctors never say that on tv though)soon clears up, poor little man. You will need that respite as well.

I should've put a "the GP always calls it a virus & why'd they have all that training" emoticon in my last post!

Am looking forward to the episode where the GP says 'it's just a virus'. Would give them plenty of time to get lot of WTF staff storyline in and have some patients. I assume it will happen when patients actually have to make appointments to see a Doctor and are limited to one patient a day.

Am so far behind. Still have Thurday's and Fridays to watch. I can't even remember if I watched Wednesdays either. Dying to catch up now but tesco delivery is due any minute and I don't want to be interrupted. It'll be OK to ask him to wait until it's finished won't it?

That should have been limited to one appointment a day not one patient a day.

Oooh that's me told!! I used to be plagued with stress-related cold sores, until I had the side of my lip pierced when I was about 17 and since then no more cold sores! Probably a coincidence but I'm happy either way :D

Cold sores are part of the herpes family, and once you've been infected you get recurrences. I would never kiss someone with a cold sore. When the groom-to-be leaned in for a kiss I was screeching "STOP!!!" at the TV!

3 visits in 4 days to the doctors and DS2 has finally been diagnosed with shingles .

No home visit, no 'sorry you have had to come here 3 times' (today he was in his Mutant Ninja Turtle PJs as he screams if I try to change his clothes).

This wouldn't happen in Letherbridge.

Oh dear, shingles is grim MsN. I had it as a child. At least he is finally diagnosed, but you are right, it wouldn't have happened in Letherbridge.
