Seriously Sinister? Can you not see that ITV has done a number on Lucy? Really?

We don't know she's not a bullying bitch. It seems to me that if you like lucy then she's been badly edited. I will stick to my opinions and I think we are probably seeing the real lucy. She was pretty mean to Amy from day one.

No, EVERYONE who has come out of the camp has said she was nice. These are people who spent every day and night with her. I think they know what they are talking about.

"She's brilliant" "She's a ray of sunshine" "She's lovely to be around"

These are three statements (out of a load) that Rebecca has just said about Lucy on the ITV2 show.

I agree that Lucy has been edited badly but she was pretty passive-aggressive. I know she was saying that she's keeping it all in as she can't blow her top etc so don't think it was out and out bullying. However, she likes a snidey dig if she has an audience!

I am personally happy with the final 3 although don't want either kian or lucy to win...

I was on an earlier thread saying Lucy was the school bully but I have to say from what pretty much every campmate has said it does sound like she has been deliberately edited to make her seem that way.

All the looks in the world cant take away from the fact that Amy was willing to lose everyone else valuable food because she "wanted" bikinis and concealers - Im so not a team player but in those cirucumstances thats a pretty dispicable way to behave...so her beauty is purely on the outside.

Lucy works for itv it's ridiculous to say they have done a number on her. Why only her? For what reason?

You have been given examples by lots of us and if you had been watching you would have seen what ex-camp mates had said about her, but instead you have this blinkered irrational hatred of her.

The reason? Well one possibility is that they want Amy & Joey to keep the youth viewer as they are the ones that vote and give them the income from the show. Another is that ITV use the young ones to present their shows so it is in their interest to build up their parts and make the public sympathetic to them. Another is that she was an easy target because she makes funny comments which can be edited to sound nasty if they omit the build-up.

But you go on believing that every person who was actually in the camp with her is lying or deluded when they say she was the most funny, most cheerful, most hard-working person in the camp.

There are many mumsnetters on here that don't like lucy, it's not just me. It's a reality show. It's entertainment. It's a show. They are celebs who put themselves up for debate and ridicule.
Seriously you need to calm yourself and take the show for what it is. The world would be very boring if we all liked the same people. I don't like lucy. I wouldn't choose to mix with or befriend someone with that type of personality. Agreed I don't know her and neither do you. But you insist that she's a victim or poor editing. I haven't heard anyone say lucy is a ray of sunshine but admit I don't watch itv 2 .

IMHO itv2 had a reason to push joey as they are giving him his own show but the have no reason to pull a fast one on lucy. She marked her own card by being pretty mean to Amy from the word go.
I couldn't stand Anthony cotton yet his camp mates didn't seem to have a problem with him. I know what I saw and thought he was horrid. And I feel the same about lucy. If she goes on to win then fine. It's a show. I didnt want Charlotte to win bb but that's the public for you. She was preferable to lauren tho.

Even if you've been so called 'badly edited', even the best editing team in the world can't put words in your mouth.
She's bitched about people and generally been a bit of a cow the whole way through the programme from where I've been standing.
Glad Joey and Amy are gone.
From the final, I think Kian to win, with David in hot pursuit. Lucy should never be allowed to win just because she seems hard faced and reminds me of school bullies and they should NEVER be allowed to win!

And the thing with editing is you can't edit a tone of voice - that brittle clipped tone of voice Lucy always used on Amy. She didn't use that tone of voice on anyone else. She was definately a meanie there!

Lucy is horrible. She bullied Amy and then moved on to alfonso. She daren't say it to his face as he's a loudmouth so she bitched behind his back.

Yes SinisterBugger, and so Amy smuggled stuff in. That happens every year and is usually taken in good humour and laughed off. In this instance it was made out to be a be rather quite sinister and taken way too seriously.

I'd like to know why Lucy and Mo were able to smoke like chimneys - and where did the cigs come from? And why is that ok that cigs can be brought in or given to them!
