We're almost into the final furlong and if it's going to be a double eviction tonight so let's brace ourselves for at least one surprise/shocker!

(p.s. I want Amy out tonight Smile

OP posts:

Amy's right. They wanted an up-front reason to bitch about her and they got it with the contraband thing. I think she's had a tough time in there considering they didn't have the usual gang of youngsters.

hallowisitmeyourelookingfor · 11/12/2013 20:47

And Grin at Lucy, 'does Mummy smell?' - well, er obviously yes, you've been chain smoking for 3 weeks Grin

JodieGarberJacob · 11/12/2013 20:49

They keep banging on about the 'team'. Past years haven't been like that at all.

ToffeeOwnsTheSausage · 11/12/2013 20:50

Amy still doesn't get it Hmm.

clam · 11/12/2013 20:50

No, Amy's completely and utterly missing the point. I would say that she's determined to paint them as bullies, when they had genuine reasons for feeling uneasy about her. I'd think more of her if she just put her hands up and said yes, she was selfish in there and she was wrong not to have handed in the contraband when asked - in fact, she shouldn't have taken it in there in the first place. She just doesn't get why they're pissed off with her.

hallowisitmeyourelookingfor · 11/12/2013 20:51

Jodie I do agree with you, she was treated badly IMO, but she did herself no favours. She has come out without a leg to stand on unfortunately, as in the end, she just constantly tripped herself up.
And seems to show nothing but false remorse at lying to her campmates and breaking the rules.
Until the repeated makeup and bikini issues came up, if she had kept her head down and left she would have totally had the moral highground, but as it is, she's double crossed people and they do have real reason to dislike her now.

hallowisitmeyourelookingfor · 11/12/2013 20:53

This party looks awful - not enough guests - where are Ant and Dec??

Lighthousekeeping · 11/12/2013 20:55

Is there just her and her dad?

Lighthousekeeping · 11/12/2013 20:56

Annabelle's daughter is the double of midge ure!

hallowisitmeyourelookingfor · 11/12/2013 20:57

I don't know what Midge Ure looks like actually! I am going to Google...

clam · 11/12/2013 20:57

I'm a few minutes behind on watching, but Alfonso nailed it in that chat they had. She still doesn't get it though.

ToffeeOwnsTheSausage · 11/12/2013 20:58

That scene with Joey is just pathetic. She is either playing a game where she pretends to be all little girl who needs looking after Thanks Joey. or else she really is as immature as she comes across.Totally unlikeable.

After this I don't like Amy, Lucy, Matthew.

Like Kian, Annabel, Joey, Steve, David - who I didn't have much of a high opinion of before tbh.

Tabliope · 11/12/2013 21:10

I don't like what Amy did but they're going overboard in my view. When someone hammers you and hammers you for an apology it becomes harder and harder to apologise, so they go on and she's dug her heels in as if to say it's not that big a deal. I don't think it is to the extent they've gone on about it. They were at risk of losing meals but they didn't as she eventually handed the stuff in. They weren't deprived by her actions even though I admit they could have been but at the end they weren't.

All this stuff about we were a team is just an excuse to have a go at her. She's 21 fgs. She is silly and selfish I'll admit but they hounded her too much. I've gone right off Rebecca. They should have let it drop. To me they've all acted like self-righteous school kids. Better they'd said in the jungle that's really shit Amy and I'm pissed off. She would have probably apologised and then they could have forgotten it.

Kikibee · 11/12/2013 21:20

Don't forget that Becky isn't much older, she is still very immature but didn't like lies being told about her, she has a right to have a go at Amy

NorbertDentressangle · 11/12/2013 21:20

Call me cynical but the 'romance'/relationship between Amy and Joey (that is being hinted at by the papers) reeks of damage limitation for Amy to me.

Do they share a publicist or agent?

PrincessFlirtyPants · 11/12/2013 21:54

It's just that they both know that they will get ££ from magazine's to discuss their relationship.

alemci · 11/12/2013 22:08

amys dad looks very youthful and has a good head of hair

GW297 · 11/12/2013 22:23

hallow - I thought the same! She must smell of cigarette smoke the whole time.

BlueSkySunnyDay · 11/12/2013 22:29

I wish Rebecca had let it go but she was pissed off about it because she is a sports woman and doesnt want to be associated with cheating.

Amy will believe they just dont like her because of how she looks but sometimes shock horror someone can be unpleasant just because they are unpleasant even though they are attractive on the outside.

My guess is the next thing is big romance between Amy and Joey - I hope he goes into it with his eyes open (I suspect he wont though...she definately will!!)

yes let the contraband thing go. glad joey was trying to stop the nastiness. perhaps its all staged.

beaglesaresweet · 12/12/2013 01:29

poor Joey, I think he is genuinely attarcted and interested in Amy (well I can be wrong), but I think he'll get a shock sooner or later, when she turns her economy with the truth on him! It just doesn't look from her body language that she sees him as a BF material, but she may well play with him to get more publicity - she needs it more than he does obv (she didn't come to the programme as a famous face, while he did) - it will really boost her fame also if she features in TOWIe even if just once.

I agree that they've overdone the complaining at her - we've all got the idea long time ago, but to be fair, she NEVER apologised. I agree she's now dug her heels in, but she could ve apologised long ago in the camp, at least after the last event, instead of saying 'it's only chapstick, it's only that' - she doesn't get that it's about ignoring the rules.

On the other hand I get a sneaking suspicion that she may deliberately appear not to understand, so that she gets yet more camera-time as a result of people not dropping the subject. And gets the viewers to be sorry for her. Maybe she was advised to create drama, and that includes 'romance'. Possibly, but that would be very cynical, so I hope not.

Blondeshavemorefun · 12/12/2013 04:19

Watching the trials last night of all the years - gawd there's some wimpy celebs out there

If they quit a trial or say get me out of there they should lose their WHOLE fee of many thousands and give to charity - or maybe one strike and out

Amy and Joey won't have a romance

Kian lovely and prob reunite with others in west life - lovely body and personality - shame about the ugly tattoos on legs - but guess better then arms or chest/back

If get voted for a trial shouldn't be able to do next one to give others a chance

Matthew with that spider on his face last night. OMFG - I couldn't do that

Cockroaches rats etc don't bother me - but spiders that big do !!!
