thank God Lucy's gone. This eve there was too much of her sgarp voice in the camp, yes she's honest and strong but she's charmless imo.

Amy's Dad is very good looking - she takes after him, and is a brunette originally obviously (he's got very good hair for a 56 yr old!).

Whereas Joye is way more good-looking than his parents - where does he get it from? He's the only one who looks as good out of the jungle as he did in there (Amy is WAY better with make up on facially, her face is very bland without makeup).

I like how Joey said that Amy would fit right into TOWIE and she had to smile but obviously didn't agree - she thinks herself of a higher class than towie set .

Just watched last night's on Sky+ and had to turn the volume down whenever Lucy as speaking - the tone/pitch was aggravating my hangover.

Is it me or is it actually appalling that joey thought (did he, did he really?) that the FIRST world war ended in 1979? How did he not know that it was at least vaguely nearer the beginning of the last century? my 7 year old said 'it was around 1920'

I thought the question was about ww2 but his lack of general knowledge was bad but I have noticed this generally after working in education with some students

He almost certainly doesn't think it ended in 1979. Joey Essex, is to some extent, a character. He doesn't exist as a real person. He's still probably not the brightest bulb in the box but some of the stuff he comes out with is just unbelievable - not being able to blow his nose for example, not telling the time (despite owning a 70k watch, and apparently learning how to do so in a very short time).

I could imagine there are some stupid people out there who would be a few decades out on the date of the first world war, but nothing to the extent he was. He was born in 1990 so I find it seriously hard to believe he thinks there was a world war 11 years before his birth, and seemingly the 2nd world war in that intervening time. Even the stupidest of stupid would know Hitler, and certainly know he wasn't around in the 80's...
