Just to make my stance clear - I love Alfonso, Vincent and David, falling out of love with Matthew and am really not liking Amy or Mo. Am pretty 'take em or leave em' about the rest

I knew when he first appeared on screen in episode 1 that he was unlikeable.

I don't get it either, I thought that K & J had the chance to win 5 tokens each. So if they won every token they would effectively choose which 2 campmates go up for public vote/ would they pick 2 from back at camp or would they put themselves up for the vote by not saving themselves?

I don't really see the motivation for them to win tokens, surely they should just not bother that way everyone fairly faces the vote and no one gets upset. Nothing to gain for them by getting the tokens.

Ok - fell asleep and missed the lot and don't have catch up did I miss anything good - although from the lack of comments I am guessing not. I also wasn't really listening yesterday and would also like a 'camp saviour' explanation if there is one going!

Rebecca did a trial and won all the stars.
A bit of handbags at dawn between Matthew and Al.
Lucy and a few of the girls suspect that Amy has a contraband concealer. Lucy has said that she will blow a fuse if she finds out it is true.
The boys have all agreed that the women of the camp are clearly jealous and picking on the lovely Amy.
Matthew and Al made up by showing the girls how to use an alan key and a screwdriver on a mini task, thank god they were there!
Kian and Joey are saviours, but it's quite unclear as to what that means, joey won his task so they have one token.

The annoying voice doesn't make her awful, it just tops off the annoyingness of her. She is awful because she is a selfish cheat and childish.

I really don't get the cries of "jealousy" when people dislike someone. I am happy to dislike anyone, I never take into account what they look like.

So what is the point of the saviour task if they discuss who to save?

hahahaha Amy won't be able to save herself without making herself look selfish, esp since the boys have said how weird it would be to pick themselves. Bet Lucy and co are delighted to have her off camp though!

I don't think I like the format of the programme this year.

I thought the same about the task, Mary, it looked like it was designed to help Rebecca get the press off her back.

I didn't see the pictures as I was busy trying to sort out a load of old decorations for DD to use this week.

I'm also confused about the saviours. I didn't watch last night as there was a play on BBC2 which was recommended, but it was greatly overrated.

Oh I dunno -did you see how much welly Mo was giving it with the screwdriver?! I can imagine her rampaging through a task throttling crocodiles with one hand whilst flinging snakes away with the other, crunching cockroaches underfoot as she goes. She's like a Jack Russell crossed with a bulldog.

DH and I are convinced Matthew is now going all Lord of the Flies, and Alfonso will be his Piggy. Can't even picture Matthew all urbane and clean shaven in a suit
now, his transformation into wild eyed castaway is so complete.
