I like male Latin dancers to look very masculine too digerd. I like the idea of the man being the frame to show the lady off. When the man is a lot more active than the she is I think it can look a bit .

Just caught up on iPlayer this morning.

Tess's dress quite falttering for a change!

Also loved Deborah's dress - away from the granny sleeves, and that graudated black/ purple colourway was stunning.

Mark's waltz moved me to tears, so emotional. I know those with professional dance training get a tough time, but dance is about telling a story too, so the actors have a bit of an advantage there.

Dave as funny as ever, but he's not going to make the final.

Sophie a bit too cool and uninvolving.

Digerd there is a series of DWTS on at the moment. Having sought out Karina's Wikipedia page she gas a good record in the show, she's finished in the Top 5 eight times and won once with J R Martinez, who was the badly burned soldier that competed. She's got Corbin Bleu this year who was apparently in High School Musical . Karina's page, there are lots of beautiful videos of her dancing on You Tube.

Melanie I loved Tess's dress this week, and agree that the colour combo for Deborah and Robin was fab. Sadly I think they might be in danger this week because of all that messing about with the table! I'd be sad to see her go, because she's enjoying it so much.

Think Fiona will be safe because of the Anton vote.

I love Mark and Iveta - he was so entertaining last week and as you said, very moving last night. Iveta's choreography is fab.

Really feel that Dave has had his day - but as I said on the last thread, I think the public will keep him in.

JaneEyre - DD (4.5) got pretty obsessed with that table and every dance afterwards was asking whether there would be a table involved

I think Dave & Rachel with Dave (hopefully) doing the off... if he's there, it would be criminal for anyone else to leave unless all if a sudden he pulls out snake-hips and finds the beat - never gonna happen!

Yes, Dave has to go. He should have gone before now! I don't even find him entertaining; he seems to have lost his cheery personality and developed a very unattractive chip on his shoulder.

Those costumes for the pros' dance were NOT flattering.

Why don't they do recognizable dances when they start these days like a nice group quickstep? That wasn't bad but was a bit odd imo...

CrazyOldCatLady I missed the context Darcey used the phrase in, but I'd presume she means that someone is not fully extending their arms and using their hands correctly.

I think the reason i feel very affectionate towards anton & brendan is because there seems to be too many newbies... even thought that James & Ola seemed so sweet in that group dance and have never felt like that before...
