So, Halloween is nearly upon us. Which of the Halloween smileys suits the Doctors cast and it's viewers best (bear with me, this is tenuous):

- Mandy (FOD), will make a pleasant witch (can we burn her at the stake?)
- Karen (Gobby), she's got a mouth that big.
- Howard (TBFE), tough times for him atm.
- Heston, you sly old dog you.
- everyone elses face on hearing about Hestons prowess.
- Kevin, in awe of Heston, poor bloke.
- Barry, on being turned down by his latest love interest.
- Jimmi, on not realising it's Halloween andthentalkingtooquicklyandquietlytocoveruphisembarrasment
and - us, the Doctors watchers. WTF?!
- Mrs T. She doesn't do Halloween.

The thing is that Doctors have to treat this seriously, as they can't be seen to be making WTF stuff out of head injury.

The problem is we expect wtf and you're right head injuries should be taken seriously. Maybe they should have found a way of injuring her in a truly wtf doctors way.
