I love this......discovered it through Mumsnet......who knew watching people watching tv would be so entertaining!

They have shown some BBC programmes though - the Stephen Fry documentary on homophobia and the Richard Hammond space programme.

I particularly loved the episode where nigella was on and the wife started saying "what is there to be jealous of?" and then the husband started listing things!

I love this programme! I can no longer watch downtown without laughing due to the posh couple's armless lady Mary impression

I don't like the family with the son with the ankle in plaster. There's something a bit contrived about them, and the son always seems a bit needy and to be looking for approval. E.g. trying to catch dad's eye when he's laughing at mum.

The others, even the posh couple, I really like.

Vivacia. - I agree with you about that family. The son has a voice nearly as bad as Joe pasquale as well!

I must admit, my favourite is the very bitchy fella and his partner. The things they come out with make me laugh the most.

Wintera is that the guy with the handle bar mustache thingy? He is funny. One week they were discussing IQ and his partner was a bit stumped for a few minutes about the whole topic

Did anyone else find it a bit distasteful that they used the programme about the spy found dead in the bag? Yes, bizarre and I'm sure many of us were having similar conversations at home, but a bit insensitive for the family really.
