One question - I haven't actually seen Avengers Assembled so would I have to watch that first before I tune in tomorrow?

You won't need a working knowledge of Avengers to watch it. All you need to know is that Nick Fury is the director of SHIELD, Agent Hill was/is second in command (I think) and Agent Coulson 'died' after being stabbed though the chest by Loki.

shoppingbags- It wasn't too violent, sweary or gruesome so I think an average 7 year old could handle it.

(I say 'died' because it will be revealed later in the series what happened/how Coulson is there)
