Leah is completely missing the moral aspect... as a doctor, when presented with someone saying 'my face is too wrinkly, I am very unhappy' surely she should say 'No. Your face is a normal face. Would you like to talk to someone who can help you with your unhappy thoughts and feelings about your appearance.'

Not, 'Yes love. Your face IS too wrinkly. I can give you xxx procedure which will make me lots of luvverly cash'
