happy I missed fourth and fifth set because of prom duties and could not get internet at the house we were at so my mate called me up with news... was home for the last 3 games of final set.
Tomorrow, Friday and weekend - absolutely nothing going on - I am glued to house and barring sudden emergency that has to involve a birth or a death? Not moving!

And I also thought the smiles and exchange of comments between the two players at the end were charming and genuine

Chuffed for you seize that you saw the end. It all came good in the end for you I have both DC asleep now, but too late. I ballsed up the bbc1 live pause, and despite saying that the tennis would be on bbc2 from 5:50, which was what i also recorded, they kept it on bbc1. So I missed it all. Happy that he is through though, despite missing it. I am watching the remaining QF now.

I've met Andy Murray and he's a jolly nice chap.

I'd fail to show "grace" in an interview when (a) the interviewer is asking stupid questions and (b) I'd just played in an epic 3½ hour match.

I meant that I missed the third and fourth sets... I'm going to go check if we have any beer in, I think I need a calming drink!
