I know in the last thread I said it was a second rate soap, but I've downgraded it to third rate given the recent lack of WTF storylines. Come on scriptwriters, stop being so seri-arse!

So obvious it was a dream as soon as I saw someone was in bed with him! Also, Jimmi had a tolerable personality. Couldn't be real.

So agree with the Jimmi / Ken Barlow comparison. Maybe we should call him Ken.

Heston looked better in the hat yesterday.

If they are going to do dream episodes I could think of loads better ideas. Mainly involving Hestembe. Although I would prefer if Hestembe was real. Well, TV real, but you know what I mean.

I did like the way that even his his dream Gobby was an uncontrollable gossip.

Anne the Ken Barlow obsession is getting unhealthy

Hoggy I'm ashamed of myself. But to be fair, it is a Doctors obsession rather than a Ken (or Kenni Clay!) obsession.

Don't apologise Anne, we are all friends here. I remember growing up watching Corrie and thinking how posh Ken was (and why was he living in Coronation St).

I prefer Kenni to Kimmi though -Kimmi sounds a bit Aussie soap

WhoKnows, it has been quite odd this week! Wednesday's was really good with Hestembe going stargazing. Yesterday's was Al's weird dream and was just bizarre. Gobby has fleas. Think that's all you need to know!

was it a fake baby crying at the start ? or did they just leave an abandoned baby to chase that kid who wants to sue the police ?

It was a tape recorder with a tape playing of a baby crying. Presumably to lure the copper over to the bushes.

Have just caught up with Weds (brilliant) & Thurs(WTAF!) Weds one-my dh walked in & said I hope that gun has been breached-I reassured him it had been & then I said I hope that badger didn't have TB. It's not real. it's not real.

Todays was good fun, the Gobbyplods at their best. Even 6tl made me smile today with her dog comments. I've just had my hair cut a lot shorter because her bob WAS my hairstyle (not that she would have known)

Spoilers tonight! Fingers crossed for a development in the Hestembe relationship. I need a new hat...
