As my name suggests, I am a Ben & Holly fan, I like Mrs Elf but Nanny Plum is my fav. Is she the best? Any other contenders out there??

I loved Bagpuss as a little one, then Postman Pat (now realise his nose is very questionable) then Roland Rat - all good candidates.

Pippi Longstocking - I must have missed that - clearly need to check that out

Windy Miller - doing freerange eggs and cycling over car use since 1966 and the only children's TV character allowed to get pi$$ed on scrumpy and fall asleep whilst on screen

Mist the Sheepdog tails on Channel 5 - really hideous and awful - had to look it up to remind myself just how bad it was, before announcing that I hate it.
