Doctors Addicts Anonymous Continued - Spring and Summer Lovin' ?

This is a thread for all fans of the weekday soap Doctors, BBC1, 1.45pm.

Regulars, please sign in at reception. Mrs T is verrrrrrry insistent. Any newbies that want to join and admit they watch this second rate soap are welcome too. The more the merrier.

So:

  • Zara and Daniel: will they get back together or won't they?
  • TBFE and 6tl: will it happen? If it does, that's going to be a switch off moment for me.
  • The lovely Mrs T and the Rev: Please don't let him be a serial killer.
  • Al, Kev, Jas and Heston: they need some action scriptwriters. Get on the case.
  • Jimmi and FOD: Meh! Couldn't care less really.

Enjoy the banter, it is often better than the programme Grin

I think the rev was an arse and can't really believe that no more mention has been made of it and we haven't seen him since the very sad lets be friends episode!

Will try to watch it just for you AnneEyhtMeyer, I've had to cut my ds's nap shorter recently or he won't go to bed at night so I often miss it.

Hi everyone Smile. Thanks for all the good wishes and extra hugs for babyOod.

My sister leaves tomorrow afternoon so I am hoping to have a speed through and catch up with this weeks episodes.

I am a fully paid up member of the MrsT fan club. Yes, she lied but what a position she was put in. And 9 times out of 10 when she has been harsh or judgemental, she comes to realise what an error she has made.

Having a daydream about Mrs T and the Rev - is it feasible that she could be pregnant? Not sure how old she is - but decided (whilst gazing out of window and washing up) that that would be my plot twist. Seriously I need to get out more.

Shock at pregnant Mrs T! How old is she meant to be? My first reaction was definitely not, but actually it could be interesting. I'm sort of hoping they go down that route now. Can you imagine?

Hmmm... according to Wikipedia Mrs T is 51. So unlikely but not beyond the realms of possibility, particularly in a soap.

Is Mrs T on wiki - well I never!! Can we campaign for this scenario now and I can get a mention in the credits. Is it OK to drink redbush tea when expecting? Would the Rev stand by her? Could Heston step in when she is abandoned? My ....the possibilities!

Whilst we are clearing up some finer points on Doctors, what happened to Freya? I must have had a big gap because I watched the episodes where she illegally put her aunt on a drugs trial and the next episode I watched everyone was moping around and she wasn't there.

We are home but returning daily for huge scary injections and check ups. Full MOT on Sunday and probably a follow up at some point but babyood is well on his way to recovery. Can't see any signs of permanent damage and think it was caught early enough. Can't thank the staff as much as I need to. One nurse said to me yesterday that when she heard his cry she knew what was coming, it was going right through us, horrible. I've been warned &reassured that I will panic at every little thing for ever a while.

Back to Doctors. Way behind but doesn't sound like this week is up to much. Think Zaniel need Elaine back!

Just watched Tues-Thurs. Favourite line was Zara roaring "I am not an octopus!" Grin

You can tell I've been away Raahh as I quite enjoyed what I just watched apart from the bare knuckle fight one. Mind you, I'm trying to think of an upbeat start to the next thread and am struggling!

I think you're right on the Zaniel front.
