Series 2 starts again tonight, I quite enjoyed the first lot so will probably tune in.

Anyone else?

I'm trying to remember how it was all left before, hope they do a 'previously' and don't just jump straight in.

Seriously why would they still work with all that money. I can understand why they wouldn't share the winnings with the mean one since she didn't put it in when she was in it.

I've changed my mind about the nurses, the blonde one knows that the dark haired one aka Mrs. Hughes has been stealing tablets to sedate the husband, so she may blackmail her for a few thousand/million. I'm not sure if the husband is dead, maybe she gave him lots of cash to disappear. Jimi Mistrys friends have really turned against him, which was a bit soon. Has Alison Steadman been claiming a pension while working, not sure where that storyline is going. I can totally see the young girl being ripped off by Robert (emmerdale) he is well pissed off about not looking at the phone number in week one.

was rather predictable, shame, because jimi mistry was very good.
bit soon for his friends to turn against him,
and didn't make sense cos they saw them on the news announcing their winnings and then didn't say anything when they came into the pub

and where is the brute husband? she is still taking pills from work.

The woman chasing Rose about the welfare fraud, is she the actress who played Sams' wife Alice in Emmerdale, it's been driving me mad trying to figure out where I saw her before.

Yes, you're right. It was bugging me where I'd seen her before and you've just put me out of my misery.

I'm surprised the woman who stopped paying in expected anything. If 1 person on their own decided not to buy a ticket that week and the numbers came up they'd win nothing, why should it be different if you're in a group? Why give her money rather than all the other people they work with who also didn't pay for that particular lottery ticket? They could give her something as a good will gesture because she thought up those numbers but in real life surely someone who didn't pay for a lottery ticket wouldn't expect a share of the winnings. They didn't share in her savings all the weeks they didn't win.

The sedating the abusive husband line is a bit silly, not sure what she thinks she's going to actually do with him, I'd be giving him half the money and getting a divorce.

I don't know how she'd have got the abusive husband down to the cellar if she'd drugged him Confused he's twice her size, she'd have needed assistance!

Thanks ClartyCarol, I have to say she used to give me the creeps in Emmerdale, don't know why.

Really not enjoying it anymore. The benefits storyline was frustrating to watch with all the cat and mouse shenanigans. The hubby in the cellar was ridiculous and this week we've got the blackmailing storyline. It started off so well.

Tonight's is massively depressing. Poor Robert from Emmerdale.
